This is by far the nicest manufactured home community in this area. It looks neat and tidy, and is gated at night. Most folks take great pride in their homes. The people are friendly and there are many activities. Only negative is salesman Ron, stay away from him.

Moved into our Snowbirds Nest in July 2018 and have loved every minute of our time here. Gorgeous, well kept grounds, great Clubhouse, wonderful amenities and centrally located to shopping, dining and entertainment venues. Great, interesting people from all walks of life and all corners of the country, and even some international, living here and sharing the joys of retirement! Looking forward to becoming permanent residents soon!

This is a nice over 55 development. It's clean, the people are friendly and there are a lot of community activities. The houses are over priced for the quality. My parents live here and have had several issues with their brand new home but it's gated and I feel like they are in a safe community.

After looking at many retirement communities over two years we finally found the perfect place with what my wife and I were looking for in a 55 and over communities. We don't golf so we didn't want to pay for golf course maintenance. Cypress Creek Village is a very well kept place and 1 hour drive to east coast beaches or/and west coast. Disney is only a 40 minute drive.

As a contractor i do a lot of work there is Well kept clean and the residents there are really great people only thing i dont like is some of the roadways should consider a walkway for residents is hard to drive with people walking on the road

Did you get the popsicles u left at least u get to work again if you read this give me a minute or so but the price will go up on it and do u have to wait until tomorrow don't know why it would be doing that I just wanted to know why I still have to wait for me to come in at least u get to see how you were saying you got to put the handle on the floor here and ask for a different person or what others say the last time I did that it charged for an order that I have cancelled in

We have lived here over two years. Our view of the pond with fountain is delightful. Our neighbors are great. We dont get out much to the activities as I have a walking disability. Russ our GM is a wonderful person who works too hard. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a mobile home in Polk County , dont overlook this community. The rent here isn't high. Please go check out dollar for dollar other communities and you will find the rent isn't bad at all. We would highly recommend anyone looking into our community.

This is a beautiful place, with quiet, friendly people who take care of their homes. The salesman Ron is a person to avoid, it's a shame really. He told my wife she was a liar at our closing and said he wasn't sure he wanted her to move in as this place only has "nice" people living here! Salesperson Linda is super.

Although I am not a Resident, I recently had the opportunity to check out this Beautiful Community in Winter Haven. Cypress Creek Village is a perfect example what an Adult Community should be. Friendly residents, new beautifully maintained homes and yards, nice Clubhouse. You can see the pride in ownership. This is a really well-managed Property which is close to shopping, Medical Facilities & Major Attractions. I am a huge fan of this place since taking a tour. One of the best Adult Communities in the Area. If you're looking for a new Manufactured Home in a great Adult Community...this is the place!
