Seeing some improvement. Well maintained park. Sometimes communication with office could improve. There is a community HOA. They are wonderful. Once you get in, you'll never want to leave. Fresh water lake stocked for fishing. Some big dog breeds allowed.

Very nice and quiet park located near shopping plazas and right across the from Wal-Mart. and has very affordable lot rent for the area. All of the homes are kept clean and junk free. Tom is so sweet and helpful he was always available every time I called or stopped by. He provided open and honest information about the home we purchased.

This is far from a gated community. It has constant flow of people via on foot and speeding thru in cars that do not live here and are using it as a cut thru
