It’s like a nursing home. There are people there that can barely take care of themselves. Lots of walkers and canes and wheelchairs. There are lots of bad dogs there and people not able to walk them so they do their business on pads and the oder can get bad at times. They allow people to get by with smoking in the nonsmoking buildings just to keep the apartments rented. It’s old buildings and you can hear people talking out in the hallways. There is lots of noise because a lack of sound proofing since the buildings are so old. Very cold in winter because the sliding doors and windows need replacing. Lots of gossiping goes on there as well. It’s just not worth the rent they charge for apartments with no washers or dryers or dishwashers. You can get much better elsewhere.

I have lived here for 7 months. Any maintenance issues were fixed immediately. Everyone staff and residents are very friendly and helpful. I feel very comfortable and safe here.

I just moved in on Monday. My studio is immaculate and very welcoming. The building manager is a fantastic person and very informative and knowledgeable. She did a great job of helping me fill out my paperwork and showing me the complex. Other residents couldn't possibly be nicer.

I like Crestwood South just move into a new building, from day one neighbor are trying to get in your business and the manager I am trying to figure out. If she doesn't like you ,you will be in trouble for no reason.

Crestwood Village South is a well kept senior living community where seniors can go to live happy and make friends and enjoy life. There are scheduled activities and events going on throughout the month that help get residents out of their apartment and give them an opportunity to meet new friends and fellowship. They just had a community-wide Wii bowling tournament! The residents were given snacks, drinks, and yummy cupcakes during the event as they participated and cheered for their building champion. The grounds are so well taken care of. It is a beautiful community. They just recently re-surfaced the entire parking lot last fall and it looks great. The maintenance team is amazing! Their maintenance supervisor just was nominated for Maintenance supervisor of the year through the Indiana Apartment Association. He has been with the company for over 20+ years and they are so lucky to have him. They get all the apartments looking great for the new move in's and fix anything that is wrong with the apartments in a timely manner. The leadership team is very caring and they go above and beyond to make sure the residents are happy. I feel like the apartments are spacious and priced extremely fair and suit the demographic in the area. I feel very fortunate to be able to work and live here. It is very safe and feels like home. Other apartments I have lived in don't come close to Crestwood's " homey" feeling. Staff and residents are friendly and caring.

Crestwood Village South is a great place for loved ones to live at. The staff is wonderful and caring. In the Assisted Living they keep residents engaged in fun activities. Activities throughout the whole campus are full of life and very entertaining. The dining room is very inviting and great food. Its nice to see how much all the staff care for the residents that live here. I would recommend to all my family and friends.

The place is very clean, the food is very good. The grounds are well kept during the summer and they clear snow and salt sidewalks very well during winter. The director is very helpful with senior services for my parents. The staff was very welcoming we my parents moved in .

Crestwood South has been a great place for our parents to reside. They have a great dining area and lots of activities and parties to keep people of all ages engaged. The director and the staff are always available to the tenants making this a wonderful place to call home.

I have only lived here for six months. I have heard a lot of negative comments from other residents about this place. So far, for me, it's been peaceful and I feel safe here. The maintenance crew have been quick to respond to my maintenance issues. I would love to see money being put back into the upkeep of the exterior property, such as, replacing some of the sunken walkways and repairing the crude, unfinished looking balconies, this would definitely add to the curb appeal when potential renters drive through the property.

I have lived here for over eleven years and now it is getting too bad to stick around. I am considering a relocation. Maintenance staff keeps quitting, HVAC units are like you find in a cheap motel, loud, with vibrations shaking the walls. Cheap trailer carpet is worn to a frazzle. We were supposed to be getting four new HVAC units a months but that hasn't happened since it was announced 3 years ago. I think the money is being spend on the new facility in Carmel. Where else? In my building there was a felon hiding out for almost eight months, Gary, the building manager wouldn't run him off, kept saying maintenance said there is only one person living there. My next door neighbors have 5 people live in a one bedroom apartment. Yes, the legal resident, her son and his wife, and their two kids. We have key-fobs to keep the building secure but everyone props the door open each and everyday, now the glass is cracked the entire length. Besides the bedbugs and drafty doors and windows the thing that was the final straw was my building was a pet free building. And guess what, a lady with a barking dog just moved across the hall! By the way, the high reviews are from Patrick Singleton, the site manager. The lady, Stacy, apparently works here too. There are some great people here like everywhere you go. But sometimes you get leadership that wants to lead from a desk and things start to fall apart. Patton was not the hero in WWII from setting at a desk. He was out in the thick of it every single day of the battle. I miss the old Crestwood South, except when my truck was stolen and then my window was knocked in and my stereo stolen. Take my advice, keep researching and find a better way to spend your money.

You get what you pay for....Air conditioning/heating unit always goes out and is replaced with another old unit that does not work. It took 7 units to find one that worked. They nickel and dime you for everything. You get what you pay for— cheaper living, cheaper service. Would not recommend!

I loved working there ... They is a great. Maintenance team. There is a great safe that work there and a really nice property. The residents there are really nice and sweets ... I would like for my Grandma to live in there 😉 Thanks Guys KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK !
