My mom needed therapy for broken vertebrae. There was a TON of staff for each wing. They all were so very nice and attentive! We never went more than 45 minutes without someone attending to her without her hitting her call light. Therapy 5 times a week where they broke it up into multiple sessions so she would get the full hour. I cannot begin to thank the ENTIRE staff enough. Thought she would be there a month. No, less than 3 weeks and going home . We were so blessed by them all! Thank you!

I visited a church member friend today and had a good visit. When I was done I stopped by the nurses station and talked about some things with the staff that my friend mentioned and was satisfied that her needs and concerns were being taken care of. The facility seems to be in good order and things were getting done. I am glad my friend is being well cared for and her care givers are nice and friendly.

Im a client here they allow my.visit on my birthday great very loving my visitors have been fostering my service dog while I'm getting better in your temporarily it's just a temporary stay and trust me they allow service dogs as long as it's legal and the dog is registered right and is in his holster and Leash they allow her to come in and see me my dog miss me so much that is about such joy to my heart because you know when you are a patient after surgery and almost dying these people here give you such a life to live just smile and to feel positive High vibration and energy here even if I had any complaints I would not even share them because I put no damage into what is good you can never mix the two I always believe in balance and I always believe in positive balance thank you guys for allowing my visit to be possible when my birthday just when I thought I was going to be alone I wasn't thank you it brings tears to my eyes but a smile on my face

5 Stars The Convalarium in Dublin is truly one of the cleanest and most caring facilities I’ve ever experienced. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, especially when it comes to ventilator patients. They build such a strong rapport with both patients and families ” it really feels like a partnership. The care here is personal, compassionate, and professional ” truly a dream team. They listen, they take your concerns seriously, and they always follow through. My mom has been here for over a year, and I wouldn’t trust her care anywhere else. Every visit, the place is spotless and filled with staff who genuinely care. Highly recommended for anyone looking for excellent long-term care.

I couldn’t have picked a better place for my sister. Her nurse Jasmine is awesome and she’s awesome with all her patience, but not just her all the nurses seem to actually care which is rare in this field the nurse practitioner, the DON and I can’t forget the Administrator Mark I just want to thank you for all you have done for her and continue to do if you have a loved one who needs care please seek this place. It would not disappoint as I work in this field on both aspects in the hospital and in a nursing home finding a place for your loved one where you Actually, trust she’s been here for over six months I don’t know what the future holds for her, but I know right now she’s in good hands

My experience at The Convalarium was nothing more than great! At first it started off a little rocky but ended up like nothing I ever expected. The staff was incredible from the RTs to the Social worker I was told by the Pulmonologist that I would have a trach for the rest of my life. He also said if I was to get decannulate I would die! The Director of Respiratory proved that theory wrong She worked hard for me to get decannulated. I am alive and better than ever! The Nurses, Physical Therapist and also Respiratory Therapist nursed me back to life! I am thrilled to be the new Administrator of the Dublin facility, which is operated by LionStone, LLC. Along with a new Director of Nursing, Moni Hawthorn, we have several other new managers and are committed to making The Convalarium the facility we can be proud of. I was admitted here for what was supposed to be two weeks of physical therapy which has turned into a long term stay. They have taken care of my needs and swarm like honey bees to a hive when any issues have occured, taking care of them promptly. I couldn't have asked for a better facility or staff to have stepped in and help me when I could no longer care for myself. They go above and beyond to provide and maintain a clean and safe facility, serve quality food with many choices, give outstanding physical therapy, provide impeccable aide care as well as knowledgeable nurses, nurse practitioners and doctor that have never stopped trying to find out what is going on with my health concerns. The activities ladies Richelle and Diane always create interactive activities between staff and residents keeping our minds and bodies moving and in good spirits. I can not say enough about the social worker Tonya who jumps leaps and bounds to make sure that I have been able to get the help and care I need in this difficult stage in my life. You will not be disappointed or worried putting a family member here to be cared for, they treat us as they would their own family here at the Convalarium of Dublin.

Not acceptable in many ways of the services such as the cleanliness of the room and the patient himself, the miscommunications with the patients' family caregiver, etc, although there are a few stuff who are good.

Amber in admissions is amazing, she kept me informed about my fathers stay. When I had questions she got me to the people I needed to talk with. This has been a very caring place to be. Teams of people from the respiratory, physical therapy, speech therapy, nursing dept, and activities workers have combined together to help make this an enjoyable experience. It is nice to be around responsible health care workers that look out for you.

My mom has been receiving excellent care while at the Convalarium. The nurses and aids have treated her with dignity and respect. The admissions team has been helpful and understanding during one of the most difficult times our family has experienced. We would recommend this facility for both short and long term care needs for your loved one.

My aunt was recently a resident for a short skilled stay. I wanted to share because it seems that people more often than not only share bad experiences and I want to share a good one. The staff was so friendly, they have even called to check on my aunt after her discharge. The food was good, there is no odor, friendly staff, great therapy. I think that we often forget that this is a business of people, and the people here truly care about making sure their patients get better so they can go home. The few minor concerns we had they addressed immediately. My aunt told me that if she ever had to do this again this would be the only place she would consider. Wonderful facility!! This place has such a homey feel to it, my aunt was comfortable from the minute we walked in! My family highly recommends this facility! Don't get fooled by the glitz of other facilities. You should concern yourself with how people treat you, and how they treat their patients when you take a tour.

No regrets; A couple years ago my mom fell and broke her hip. We had her do rehab at the Convalarium. During this time her dementia grew worse so we decided to see if they could accommodate her for long term nursing care and without delay they said yes. The entire staff is totally professional and caring toward her needs and making sure we are kept up to date on any changes in her health. Not only do they take care of her they have also been an enormous help assisting me in all the paperwork that is necessary during these critical times. The food is outstanding and much better than the previous assisted living facilities where she lived. If your in search for a rehab or long term care facility for a family member I would highly recommend the Convalarium.
