Since the new management has come on in January of 2022 it has improved a lot! All the bad tenants have been evicted and is nice and quiet now.

Since new managing staff took over things seem to be improving. The back gazebo now has all lights fixed. There is no congregation of loud, obnoxious adults there. I thought the hallways and other areas were kept up considering the amount of traffic they get. The office staff., Alex and Laura are helpful. When I visit again I will write another review.

While visiting recently from out of state,I felt the need to leave my view of the Carousel. The building use to be for senior citizens and assisted living. Now the building has many younger people who congregate outside, smoke pot,others who live in the woods out back,(where you have to be weary about getting out of your car) and are very loud. Also,I would think that the floors should need to be shampooed every couple of years by the maintenance department or ripped up and replaced as the rugs are nasty,I walked barefoot from the couch to the bathroom and feet ended up wet and black from the built in dirt. How can any building manager expect people to pay rent and live this way.
