We recently took a tour of the facilities. We also had lunch there. Two of our Family members accompany us on the tour. I went in with a skeptical attitude, looking for something to criticize. Based on our experience, I cannot name one thing that I found substandard or unacceptable. It was quite the contrary. Additionally, the social aspect was so positive and energetic that it took a little time to adjust. I have visited many retirement homes. I have never been to a CCRC before though. In my experience, Butterfield is a beautiful place.

Butterfield is a wonderful place to live and enjoy life. The amenities and activities are too many to mention. We think the best thing about BTV is the people--both staff and residents. The staff works so hard every day and especially during covid and icy weather to make sure the residents are safe and have what we need. We are thankful every day that we have the opportunity to be a part of the BTV community. BTV is a very inclusive place. We love the onsite UAMS clinic. Al and Lenora Metz

Butterfield Trail Village is a community that is focused on the physical, social, and emotional lives of seniors. BTV provides numerous programs and activities for all residents. Fitness and wellness programs, including personal training, keep the residents fit and engaged in a healthy lifestyle. This beautiful campus is full of amazing gardens and available space for families to visit. The Performance Hall is a state of the art facility where educational, musical and theatre events are presented often. The best part of BTV is the residents. Their stories are inspiring! Good friends live here and love the facilities and environment. They invite us occasionally for dinner. Food is good but service staff turns over frequently and, with exceptions, is too often inattentive by the time we're ready for dessert.
