Lovely place and absolutely spotless. Friends recently moved there and report that the food and staff are excellent. It's the only place in the county with a full continuum of care.

I feel like this organization does NOT serve my in-laws well given the insane expense and investment they had to make even to get in. Little to no cleaning, promised and contracted services dwindling. Sad.

As my grandfather James Perez who is an resident, I loved visiting there 2 days a week. Everytime I go to see my grandfather, first thing I see is Alex and Sheri , always welcoming, making others feels comfortable. One one negative feedback that need to be improved is storm drains. Needs to add better and wider pipes to allowed more water to go in. For example the one by the pool gate has a small crate for storm drain and easily flooding due to too many leaves and sticks covering it. That needs to be change and improve for future storms. I still highly recommend for anyone who is looking for retirement homes. It is most top friendly community to have fun with friends and family. They have many different activities though out the months.

WOW... Pretty much perfect. They seem to have gone beyond covering all the bases! Great food, interesting nooks and crannies like a library, a bookstore, a gym, a church, a garden with a view, and perfect sized living space.

I was cautiously optimistic when my step mom decided to move here. After seeing how nice the accommodations and amenities were, how caring the staff has been and how nice the residents are, I am extremely happy she made the move.

My parents moved into Buena Vida Estates last year. They thoroughly enjoyed their spacious, light-filled apartment and active lifestyle in Independent Living. After a health event, my parents moved into Assisted Living within the complex. I cannot say enough about how friendly, caring, and supportive the residents and staff are. It is a wonderful community that really does feel like a family. I spent five weeks with my parents at Buena Vida and was able to experience first-hand what it was like to become a part of the community. Everyone I met who works there really cares about the well-being of the residents: the nurses and CNA's, maintenance, housekeeping and kitchen staff, the chefs, bartender, executive staff, activities directors, physical therapists, the receptionist, family practice doctor and nurse practitioner. I mean it - Everyone! The promises made in the marketing materials about a community of inclusiveness and stimulation really are true. It is a wonderful place to live. My siblings and I live far away from my parents, and we feel at ease knowing they are well cared for, and thriving in their new home. And, we look forward to visiting them there! Sincerest thanks to Buena Vida Estates.
