High crime .lots of criminal tresspass managment doesnt seem to be able to keep property fence repaired this allows lots of non resident tresspass and crime [name removed] is a horrible employee she yells at seniors with no regard for there concerns i wrote up security lights multiple times for being burned out 7 months have passed still out .office has been broken into twice in the last 3 years giving the criminals access to residents personel information Monarch property has a culture of not caring we have new owners now redwood managment problem is they kept same discourtious office employee so we can expect to be talked down to have our concerns dismissed have work orders thrown out and not complied with no inforcement of regulations posted on signs on property wich i personnally had to pic up off ground and put back in ground we have meth users that live here and deal drugs office has been notified and shows no intrest at al leven after resident complaints they allow anyone to live here regardless of behavior hopefull new managment will be pro active and listen

I've had 2 different family members live at these complex. They maintain the property they accommodate the residents as much as to their ability and now I'm seeing more animals which is nice because some like their furry companions. It's close to grocery stores and gas stations. I just wish the surrounding neighborhood was a little nicer.
