Family owned, family atmosphere, multiple amenities including indoor pool. First class facility with pristine maintenance. Bus and car service for shopping and appointments. Near daily activities. Frequent road trips. Rent includes utilities and cable. Resident garden plots, beautiful landscaping on a 10 acre lot. In city but set back from the hustle and bustle. We all LOVE it here!

Awesome place to live. They are privately owned and treat you like family. The apartments are spacious, and all the tenants are friendly. We have activities every day. I've only lived here for a year but found my permanent home.

I moved into the Boulevard Park Place retirement community almost two weeks ago. It's exactly what I was looking for. The apt itself is lovely and includes A/C and an in-unit washer &dryer. Another big plus are the managers. 4 in total with 24/7 coverage. In addition they coordinate activities for those who want to participate. Finally, the people I've met are so friendly and welcoming. If you are looking for a reasonable place to live in a 55+ setting, take a tour of BPP. Betsy N.

We have lived at Boulevard Park Place for 2 1/2 years and we love it! Our apartment is roomy and we have a large deck with a nice view of mountains in the distance. The complex is built on 10 acres so there is plenty of space between the buildings. The landscaping highlights seasonal color. The other residents have been welcoming and friendly. There is a wide range of activities that we can participate in or not. The owners and managers are helpful, friendly and available. They know all of us by name.

I moved here in October 2017 and have never been happier with living here. The owners and managers treat us like family, have great amenities, activities, transportation to doctors, dentists, grocery stores and planned trips. Beautiful grounds with flowers always in bloom. The pool and hot tub are a great way to exercise and can bring our families, You will love this great place to live.

My husband and I have lived at BPP for eight years. We sold our home with too many stairs and too much yard to maintain. I can still raise vegetables in a pea patch, but don't have to mow the lawn. The heated indoor pool has been a great benefit in improving my husband's mobility. The caring family atmosphere promoted by owner and managers make BPP an ideal place to retire.

I wouldn't want to live anywhere else! The residents and managers are warm and welcoming, there are plenty of activities, gardens for residents, and a courtesy car with driver available for local appointments, and grocery runs on specific days.
