Elevator are always breaking down. Repairs on both elevator at least twice a month from tenant's being caught in the elevator and rescue by the fire department. I was in the elevator alone when the elevator I was on stop running the doors also wouldn't open I push the call button and a recording says there is no one to answer your call so please leave a message. I had to use my medical alert button to get help they assist me until the help from the fire department arrives. This place is very disappointing but the apartment upgrades are very nice.
