I've lived here for over a year, and I've found that living here is a pleasant experience. I have a efficiency apt which is very spacious. I have no complaints, especially about Melissa Hamilton, the manager. I want to emphasize this because there are people here who enjoy putting her down. I ignore them; they are the constant complainers; You can find them everywhere. Especially those who have been evicted for good reasons .

Very low class, cracked walls and humid inside the buildibg. Feels like a dungeon. I suppose, for those who are on a low income budget, and need a roof over their head, this would be paradise! Not my caliber of living.
