MODERN AMENITIES — The truly brag worthy courtyard is a serene space that resembles a mini resort with a beautiful pool surrounded by comfortable, neutral tone seating and brick layouts with direct access to the upscale fitness center that makes working out a pleasure. The rooftop area feels like another escape into resort mode with enormous space, abundant seating and string lights that make the nights feel endless in the best way. A LUXURIOUS AMBIANCE — The communal lobby, library, and kitchen area are the visual definition of opulence and have set such a high bar on the aesthetics chart that I imagine you'd be hard pressed to find a better space to focus on work or socialize without digging DEEP into your pockets. It puts the best Starbucks in the area to shame as a "Third Place" KIND & DILIGENT STAFF — Sharon Hodges is one of the most dedicated and thoughtful individuals I've come across during my time living in apartments. She's quick to let me know if I have a package that didn't make it to our Amazon locker and if an Uber Eats dropped the ball on the delivery. The social events her and the management put together are so detailed and pleasant. Despite natural price increases overtime you really feel like you're getting your money's worth! Run don't walk to this beautiful community! ( unless you have knee problems lol )

A friend called to inquire as to how to communicate with the housekeeper who I had recommended to him on the advice of my neighbor and so I knocked on my neighbor's door and she said "come in". The door was unlocked and she, with her back toward me and therefore not knowing who I was until she heard me speak, turned and acknowledged me and proceeded to engage in the conversation. That is a testament to the Safety and security of this community . Attiva Peachtree has been such a great fit for my active and social mother in-law! The staff we met on our first tour of the building, Sharon and Patricia, were so kind and helpful from moment one. They made sure my mother in-law knew how to use and access all of the building's wonderful amenities. They also made sure she knew about all of the many fun social events happening throughout the month and year! The building is in close proximity to shopping and lots of new restaurants. I have been eyeing this property since it opened, and now I'm a new resident here! I have never felt more at home than I do here. The property is well maintained, as are the great amenities. I love that it's all mature residents! There's a monthly calendar of events and weekly activities. Unlike other properties, residents here actually show up for the events in droves, and participate! Grace has done it again!!! When Grace assumed the roll back in November 2023 as our onsite Property Manger, the residents at Attiva Peachtree were faced with broken down elevators, unsecured garage gates and a rooftop that desired some improvement. Well since Grace's presence, the response time on broken elevators and unsecured gates have significantly decreased. Now she's paved the way to have not one but two cabana's installed on our rooftop. Overall moving in to our one-bedroom apartment at Attiva Peachtree went well overall. The one critique I have is that the apartment could have been much cleaner and better prepared for our move. It was very dusty and the bathroom shower had to be re-grouted. Plus we had to submit multiple maintenance requests the first two weeks here. Also I the leasing process too much longer than anticipated. I had to make several calls and texts to get updates. Also it was a tad frustrating that members of the leasing team couldn't simply pick up the phone to speak directly to me. They kept giving me the excuse that their phone systems weren't working. Well then, fix the issue immediately. The one bedroom apartment is a pretty good size; however, it faces Peachtree Boulevard on the second floor. We knew this going into it, but thought the apartments would have been more sound proofed , especially for the apartments facing a busy street, but its obvious Cortland didn't want to put in the money and as most of these leasing companies they build these new apartment buildings to look modern but build them as cheap as possible and charge as much as they can. The good part of living here is that they do have planned activities and parties which can be fun and give you the opportunity to meet other residents. And the leasing team is very friendly.

Attiva Peachtree is in a great location. Just about everything one needs for daily living is within walking distance, or less than a 10-minute drive. I particularly like having Greenpicks Market in the building. The facility is great, with good amenities, and the staff excellent. Particularly Sharon and Patricia. The social events are superb. Attiva by Cortland has been incredible, the entire leasing experience which included meeting Sharon, Patricia, and Zach was extremely efficient and effective. My wife and I were unexpectedly required to relocate due to our current residence being substantially damaged due to the winter storm. With 7 days to vacate we were extremely nervous about finding a new place to live and significantly nervous about finding a community who would better support their residents, we believe we found the perfect match with Attiva by Cortland and the community continues to exceed our expectations every day! Apartments have great kitchens and all top end appliances, spaces are clean and modern, and the community amenities are fantastic.

I highly recommend Attiva, moving here last month was the best decision I could have made. Starting from management and Ms. Sharon, great to deal with both. Maintenance, Mr. Cotton has been great addressing any concerns and ensure was move was smooth. The team is kind, considerate, and pro-active. What spoke to me most is the premise for loving seniors and respecting them as they should be respected, in my opinion. Being the eldest of my parents' children, having several decades of customer service consulting experience under my belt, finding a special environment for my Mom to continue thriving and flourishing at this time of her life was a priortiy during this season of life. I love that Attiva/Cortland will surprise and delight you with food, massages, and events etc. The Amenities are great and there are several places you can get away to on the property alone, with your neighbors, friends and/or family. The community of neighbors are like family and most are very pleasant. They take pride in their apartment home to ensure we keep things nice and clean. My husband and I have lived here for almost 3 months. We are really happy we found Attiva. It is the right fit for us at this time. To start off with, the leasing staff is so welcoming and helpful. We love the amenities (not sure if the heated pool or the roof top is my favorite!). We have met some really nice people. We have not lived in an apartment for over 30 years. This place has a feel of community that i don't think always comes with apartment living. The location is great, walking distance to many restaurants. Attiva is new and there have been a few issues, but the staff makes sure to get them handled as soon as possible.
