I visit my friend often at Heartis and every time I go the staff is always friendly and very welcoming. Her neighbors are kind and always looking out for her. I've also had lunch here before and it exceeded my expectations. I absolutely enjoy coming here to visit my friend and I love the feeling when I walked through the doors! If I met the minimum age criteria, I would definitely be living here.

We have been researching and touring senior living opportunities near Grapevine for my mother for several months. After touring 4 of our top-rated places (by internet research), we were very impressed with Heartis. Thanks to Gabby for her attentive service to us during our search. We were very impressed with the facilities, the pool, the really nice kitchens in the independent living units. The food (we had breakfast there) was really really good - don't miss the bacon and blueberry pancakes! We liked the large windows in the units, but did have some concerns about the highway location and that the place was so new that there was not a chance to have a lot of trees and nature flourish there yet. We did not ultimately choose Heartis, mostly because we could not see moving our mother away from a big farm in East Texas to a freeway location, but we sure were wistful about that decision. Go visit. You'll be glad to see it.

We made an appointment to tour Heartis for a family member for Independent Living in Mid Cities. From the first phone call we were impressed with their professionalism and enthusiasm. Gabby Sparks gave us a plethora of information and the benefits of this senior living facility. When we scheduled the tour it was Gabby's day off so we were greeted by Rebecca Reynolds, the Director of Marketing/Sales. These two amazing women care about this place, the residents and us. We felt it immediately. We toured, ate lunch and talked about everything that Heartis had to offer. The amenities are amazing and abundant. They offer a fabulous facility, beautiful, warm and very classy decor. From walking in the front entrance to the library, the pool, the workout room, the salon, the restaurant, and the sitting areas. The activities are anything you could ever want to choose from to keep you active and busy and open to meeting new friends, and enriching your life.e We were impressed. We went to other places and made lots of other inquiries but could not come close to what Heartis has to offer. We returned for a second visit and had lunch again with two lovely residents, which gave our family even more confidence that Heartis was the place for our family member. We toured the unit again and finalized her decision and executed a lease. The unit has lots of space, a bonus room and bright windows and a patio with a lovely view. We are thrilled and look forward to our sisters future at Heartis. If you want to have fun, eat well, work out and stay strong and involved, this is the place for you to seriously consider. It was high end and leaps and bounds above any other facility in the area.

I will always appreciate all Heartis have done to accommodate my stay. Having marketed Marriott in my prior occupation for years, I maintain Heartis as the gold standard for Senior Living. I considered other communities but none measure the total package that Heartis provides. Heartis provides a spacious apartment, including a washer and dryer (which is easy to use for a non-domestic individual) The food has been prepared by a chef including a full breakfast selection, as well as lunch and dinner providing two entrees changing daily, weekly and monthly. There are a full page of options with choices ranging from chef salads, hamburgers, chicken fingers, etc. I love my stay here! Residents receive very professional services about every need requested. Service providers, whether the Administration, Sales, Finance, food service, housekeepers, front desk, transportation or engineering services are professional and "superb" in what they do. I am amazed that those professionals listed above always have a positive attitude and know your name before meeting you. This place is how retirement is imagined and maximized. Jim U

My daughter wanted me to live closer to her. She really surveyed the area quite a bit and thought that Heartis was the prettiest and newest. We chose Heartis because of the amenities they offer such as bus transportation, you get three meals a day here, they have wonderful housekeepers and great activities. The Hairdresser is excellent. The chef is very creative and so is the waiting staff. I feel safe having a concierge throughout the night. One night I fell and called the front desk at 2am, and the Concierge responded right away. I have a great time with the people that live here. If you're looking for a place that offers a safe, welcoming atmosphere come join me!

Overall staff is friendly and facility is spacious and bright. However, it appears that facility is understaffed. I moved my wife in on Aug. 23rd. there has been no hot water since then, unable to give my wife a shower. Don't get much reassurance that the issue will be fixed quickly. In addition no laundry has be done for two weeks. I have had to assist my wife with going to the bathroom. More than once I had to ask for assistance to get her to the bathroom and clean her up. At this point I feel I am paying a lot of money for service that I am not receiving. I defiantly know we are not receiving the service that marketing and administration said we would receive.

Their marketing team is amazing and we moved mom in about a month ago in mid-cities location. The place is well lit and bright and cheery. That said they haven't had hot water for a month and haven't been able to share when that may be fixed. The washer and dryer are broken so dad is bringing the laundry home. He's helping with her toileting needs when he visits because they struggle to keep her clean. We are adjusting our expectations about bit, but overall it's been disappointing that dad is paying for care and she has some basic needs not being met. They are nice people, but my dad is 83 and the extra stress is a bit much. Just don't over-expect, for lack of a better term.

My Mother is in Memory Care and Gloria the activities director is amazing. She really cares about the residents and works so hard to get them engaged. When she has days off, it is just not the same. I hope they never lose her, she is a real asset. Whatever they pay her couldn't be enough for the difference she makes in the lives of the patients.

Living at Heartis Mid-Cities for the last 2 years has given me the peace of mind I've been looking for in my retirement. My accommodations are open, airy, and full of light; the Staff know every Resident and their needs; the Chef is creative with his menu offerings and with 3 meals every day of the week, everyone can find something to satisfy their palate. Heartis offers complimentary transportation to anywhere a Resident might need to go within a 10 mile radius, and plans regular trips for everything from dining, to nail care, to super market and department store shopping trips, to adventurous excursions around the DFW. Metroplex and beyond. I would recommend Heartis Mid-Cities to everyone who is ready for an all-inclusive senior living experience. I'd love to have you as one of my new neighbors.

My Dad is 95 and loves this place! He has lived on both the assisted living side as well as the independent living side. The staff and the residents at Heartis are just good people. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone looking for a place that may need additional assistance for themselves or a family member and/or just looking for a place to retire and enjoy life. There is also a memory care facility within Heartis as well. Although we have not had the need for this, I'm sure this side of the building is managed with care as well. The facility itself has updated amenities and well kept. It's a place my Dad now calls his home.

I came here in November after a life changing illness and loss of my husband. The staff truly cares about their residents! There are so may times I've needed a friend as I adjust to my new life. Lakeisha, Kaitlin, Ladyidria as well as the caregivers and nurses truly care about us. Audrianna, Samantha and Blaine are amazing as our concierges! The food in the dining room is so good and there is such a variety of food to meet everyone's dietary needs. Jeremy does a great job overseeing this place and addressing any concerns we have with a town hall meeting. I would recommend Heartis Living to anyone who asks.

This is such a warm and inviting community! The caregivers are so friendly and helpful and the activity staff are involved and engaged with the residents. The meals are served fine dining style, unless they just want a bistro style experiences. It's all about choices, and I love that about Heartis! My 91 year old mom swore she would never go to a place like this and I only got her to go on a trial basis. Now she loves it so much she actually told me it was the right decision. We chose it over the other facilities we looked at because of the 3 meals per day, laundry in the room and the pool with the lift chair. Now she goes to bingo and games during the week, gets her hair cut at the salon and goes to church on Sundays. She is independently living and in charge of her life again, making new friends and having new experiences at 91 years of age. I am very happy for her and everyone we've met that works there has been super sweet to us. I'm so glad she's there 🙂

The staff at Heartis Bedford is simply top notch! Rebecca Reynolds made this process less stressful than I thought it would be. Rebecca is joyful, detail oriented and an effective communicator. I toured Heartis MidCities Friday afternoon with Patti Patterson, the Marketing Director. She was very informative and friendly. I was so impressed I returned today, Tuesday June 15, with my 90-year old mother. Patti served a delicious lunch for us to evaluate the caliber of the food served. After meeting with Jilla Brooks, the Health Services Director, I am confident Heartis MidCities is the best place for my dear mom. She will be engaged by the social activities and well taken care of.

Being faced with having to find a place for my dad to live was so so hard but as soon as I entered Heartis Mid-Cities, I knew this was his new home. Rebecca Reynolds welcomed me, listened to all of my worries and concerns for my Dad, and shared how Heartis would be able to meet those needs. Dad then had another fall and due to some of his health restrictions at that time, he wasn't able to go directly to Heartis. Over the next 2.5 months, Rebecca continued to touch base with me biweekly, checking on my Dad. When the time finally came for Dad to move to Heartis, all of the staff have welcomed him and helped him get settled into a new groove. Our entire family has been to visit him and have nothing but positive things to say.

My mother moved into Heartis Mid-Cities recently, and we have been very pleased with our experience. The staff members have been very accommodating, helpful and friendly. Some of the specific staff members that we have interacted with include: Rebecca, the marketing director, who made the initial intake process very smooth and efficient. Leslie and Gloria do an excellent job organizing activities for the residents and even take the time to paint my mom's fingernails!I know my mom appreciates that extra time and attention. Katelynn, Kayla and Blaine greet us at the concierge desk and go out of their way to answer questions and accommodate us. Finally, I really appreciate Nyah, Lakesha, Tameka, April, Q, Jay and Ashley who attend to my mom's needs each day. They are kind and compassionate and make this transition much easier. As a family we made the difficult decision to move our mom to Memory Care at Heartis in April this year. As tough as the move was on all of my family the staff at Heartis have been exceptional in helping us all to adjust and feel comfortable. It started with our experience with Rebecca when we were first looking and going through the intake process. She had such patience with all our questions and helped us through each step of the admission process. She continues to check in with us when we are there visiting and has a genuine interest in our mom's care and our comfort with her being there. All of the staff have been very accommodating, helpful and friendly. Leslie and Gloria are amazing at organizing activities for the residents and spend the extra time and attention needed with each resident. We can always call Gloria for an update on how mom is doing if we can't be there that day and she gladly willingly fills you in on her day. Gloria even arranged for a petting zoo to visit Heartis which everyone thoroughly enjoyed. Katelyn, Kayla and Blaine greet us at the concierge desk with a smile each time and go out of their way to answer questions. I'm afraid I may miss someone but I have to mention the caretakers- Nyah, Lakesha, Tameka, April, Q, Jay, Ashley, Abraham and Fredrick who attend to my mom's needs each day. They are amazing!!!! Tori who leads this group as the residential manager is the best and will help you with anything. She knows each resident and works had to ensure her staff and the residents are cared for in the best possible way. I highly recommend Heartis Mid Cities if you are considering a facility for a family member. You will not be disappointed.

My 92 year old Mother moved to Heartis Midcities in June, 2019. We have been thrilled with services and care at Heartis! We find that the corporate attitude here is about giving the residence a satisfying quality of life while living here. For example, since there wasn't room inside, we were allowed to decorate Mom's Christmas Tree in the sitting area by her apartment. She really enjoyed sharing her tree and Christmas Spirit with her neighbors! Not too long ago, Mom slipped in the shower. The staff quickly responded to her call button calling 911 and me. Someone stayed with her making her as comfortable as possible until the EMTs arrived. Jeremy has been most supportive in coordinating her aftercare so that she can be in her independent living space safely and comfortably! Mom enjoys the restaurant-style dining room. She gets a variety of choices each meal. The wait staff is pleasant and responsive to her requests. Heartis has allowed my Mother to maintain her independence and personal living space while being close enough to me to continue to look after and care for her. I highly recommend Heartis!

The facility is clean and aesthetically appealing. The staff seems nice but I think there needs to be some training in some areas, as the place is new. Accountability is always important in any business. Engaging seniors helps keep them from depression and mentally stimulated for quality of life. I'd like to see more of that at the facility.

Jamie and Joshua were incredible to work with. I arrived early for an appointment and as soon as I walked in the front door from the greeting from housekeeping to the front desk and ESPECIALLY when I met Jamie, the Wow factor was in full effect. Aesthetically, this facility is STUNNING, the vibe from the staff exudes well trained and really happy people all the way around. If you are considering moving here for yourself or for someone that you love, I would absolutely, 110% recommend them.

Recently we moved Mom to Heartis from another facility where the primary activity was puzzles and bingo. My mom is a highly accomplished senior who did not just want to play bingo.
