Without exception, all staff, PSW, Nurses, Kitchen staff, reception, are amazing but Clarita Martin has gone out of her way many times in helping Rosaria through a challenging health issue. Thank you Clarita for going the extra mile.

Just moved my parents to Casa from Richview Manor. I find their psw's very kind and considerate. I find a warm and professional service from staff. Food is fresh and tasty. They are very accommodating to our needs whenevrr we voice any concers. I am so happy I switched them from Richview Manor.

A family member has been a very satisfied resident of Casa Dolce Casa for years. The supports provided are excellent. This home suites are comfortable and spacious. Staff are very compassionate, helpful, and friendly. In the midst of Covid-19 pandemic, the precautions taken by staff and management exceeded public health guidelines providing a very safe place environment for everyone. Great place, thank you CDC.

Although we got off to a rocky start due to unexpected demands that l was required to handle financially, the situation improved rapidly. The PSWs and nursing staff have done wonders with improving his behaviour and providing excellent care for him. This place is very clean and everyone knows my husband's name and interacts with him in a kind and friendly manner. I highly recommend this retirement home.

Its a great place to work in Casa Dolce Casa. We work as a team and we are like a family. The management has been very supportive to all of their employees (Gina, Executive Manager). A special mention to the HR department( Ms Rakhi) too. I can see that everyone is doing their best rendering their service with passion and care for the welfare of our residents. Such a fantastic and clean residence. I was very impressed about how clean this place is! Rosita was kind and patient and answered all our questions. It was time for a family member to move to a place where they could get better care, and we were lucky enough to find Casa Dolce Casa. I can't thank Rosita Corral, the Sales Manager, enough for everything she did to help my cousin Virginia. This is such a positive outcome for Virginia, getting out of a house living all alone and into such a positive environment where I know she'll be well cared for. Rosita, you have a very busy and challenging job, and yet managed to make us feel as if we were the only people you were looking after. Thank you so much!

Looking for home care for a family member. I was greeted by Rose and I was more than welcomed into their home. The staff were friendly and the residents were smiling and waving hello. I was given a full tour without being rushed through. Defiantly worth the visit to Casa Dolce Case, on the wait list we go!

My name is Rosita Corral, I found my passion in caring for seniors over 12 years ago. I truly find great pleasure and happiness surrounding myself with our aging generation. I cannot imagine doing anything else. I was hired as a Sales Manager at Casa Dolce Casa over a year ago. Everyone is extremely friendly, loving compassionate and have only the best interest for our residents within Casa Dolce Casa. Casa Dolce Casa is not only a great place to live, it's also a great place to be employed. I sadly lost my father this summer with his battle with Cancer. Management was unbelievably supportive, compassionate, and completely understanding during my father's battle and his final days. I am forever grateful with these beautiful humans I call co-workers and of course my Boss Gina Batista. I am homered and grateful to be a part of such a wonder team and environment. They really care. My mom was a resident since 2017. She was cared for by caring staff. Mom lived here during Covid. During this time there were many long term care centres negatively impacted. At Casa, all precautions were in place to protect this vulnerable group. They impressed beyond expectation. In 2021, mom started to slow down. She was in palliative care at Casa. They have all the accommodations to support palliative care. The resident Dr is a palliative specialist. We had the option to go to long term care at this point or the hospital. We refused. My mom was able to be with her friends. We were able to take her on the beautiful grounds over looking the surrounding ravine. She spent her last days being cared for by an amazing team and around the clock. We wouldn't have had it any other way.

The dinning is Just like Nonas home... love this place. I can sleep comfortably knowing my loved ones are well taking care off. Staff is very attentive and very forthcoming. All I know is my parents are acting like 2 little lovebirds again. Thank you Rosie and Marygor we are forever grateful.

My mother has been a resident of Casa Dolce Casa for almost a year. We chose this home as a respite after she had a prolonged hospital admission, and after a few months, decided this would be a good place for her to live. Despite being a candidate for long term care, the public long term care facilities were being exposed as death traps during the pandemic, so I felt compelled not to send her to one of those places. Casa Dolce Casa has given me peace of mind, since my mother is safe, happy, and very well cared for. The staff goes out of their way to respond to her needs, and she has been very protected during the pandemic - I never needed to worry about the things we were constantly hearing about in the news regarding patients in public homes. If you can imagine any negative news you heard about public long term care, Casa Dolce Casa was the opposite, and they didn't sacrifice the security or the humanity of the people who work and live there. At Casa Dolce Casa, she is treated like a human being - they care about the residents' physical well being, but also about their emotional and spiritual well being. As my mother's care needs progress, Casa Dolce Casa has responded well to helping her through her final stages of her life. I am so glad that they have become such an important part of our lives, and I would recommend this place as a safe, humane, and caring retirement home for an ailing parent or loved one.

This like a boutique retirement home. It is owned privately and run so well. The food is really good. The staff is incredibly caring and accommodating. It is a smaller home so very personalized. I would highly recommend this home.

Very accommodating, the Staff are Great. They helped my mom and myself in a very crucial time of our life.. thank you for taking good care of my mom.. The only think that worried me was the elevator.. they only have one elevator ... Casa Dolce Casa should invest and modify the building by adding one more elevator.. it would make it more efficient not only for the residents but also for the staff.. it's hard to Manage in times of breakdowns.. Casa Dolce Case is a very caring seniors home. Since they took over the place has been beautifully renovated, they proved over and over that they are there to make the seniors life pleasant and with dignity. Its a small place which makes it more personable. Staff is great. It got a little worrisome with Covid-19, but again, they proved that they are totally for their residents and their families. Thank You for looking after my mom.

Its a beautiful retirement home located at Pine Valley Drive. This is a relatively small community where people care for each other; residents have the option of being as open or as private as they want to be. You can take retirement living for a test drive, thanks to short term and respite care stays.It focuses on offering a variety of activities and attractions to bring residents together and facilitate a lifestyle that is as active (or as quiet) as you might want. When you first walk into this retirement community, you feel like you are walking into a resort hotel. That feeling never really ends for residents, where you live in brightly lit, well-appointed, spacious suites, and staff are at the ready to take care of your needs. Care on hand includes laundry and housekeeping, up to nursing and support from personal support workers (PSWs).
