I was in 100 hall and Mrs.Q, Mrs.Michelle, and Ms.Sara along the other staff really took care of me. The love and treatment I received was amazing. My wife has been here since then end of April. She went in to start physical, occupational(m-f), and speech therapy(fri and sun). After suffering 2 strokes in march and feb. I have stayed with her numerous times and had not seen 1 therapist to come and do what they are supposed to be doing. The one time she was supposedky doing her therapy she slid off her chair and hit her head. The staff is nice and helpful in person, but over the phone...i cant talk to my wife for almost 3 days cause nobody wants to answer phones.

Fantastic! Dad is receiving excellent care, and I finally feel confident that he will improve significantly. The patient care staff are kind and respectful. Dad likes the food, ‘‘. When you visit, it smells good. Nothing is perfect, but I am highly impressed. With 37 years as an RN, I have seen many places. I watched him today during therapy and he did great. ’’

Unfortunately my Mom needed to be placed in Pahrump Health & Rehabilitation out of necessity. The entire staff at this facility was amazing from the Business Office Mgr. Thersea, the Administrative staff all were helpful and kind, not only to Mom but to my family. The nursing and CNA staff under the direction of Laura took excellent care of her every need. Sonia from PT worked with Mom to try to keep her as mobile as possible. Bobbie and the ladies from the activities department always try to make things pleasant and keep the patients engaged. I can not thank all of them enough for making Moms last days as comfortable as possible.

Been here a week now, sent for a couple days of further recovery and PT until I was able to walk well enough again to take care of myself, well apparently due to a screw up in the transfer process from Sunrise Hospital, the actual continuation of PT didn't get approved by Medicaid, and therefore I haven't even been evaluated, during this whole delay of care, I have gotten myself back on my feet beyond what is necessary to take care of myself at home. Repeated requests to get the discharge process started and provide my covered transportation back home have so far been met with evasion no one has come to talk with me and begin arrangements, have been told I can always leave AMA but definitely wouldn't get my transport back to Las Vegas covered in that case. About to have to spend money I don't really have just to get home, otherwise they have given me my medicine and kept me somewhat fed, nursing staff has treated me well.

I have been at Rehab for about six months now and the people here have been an immense help in my recovery. Not only have they helped with my medical issues but with their encouragement I have been able to lose an appreciable amount of weight and have become even healthier for it. There have also been issues that have come up that I would not have known about if I had not been here. I am very grateful for everything that the facility and staff have done for me.

The staff is very kind, caring, considerate, compassionate, they have bed side manner and it is wonderful, I never have to press my button they are always on time with my medicine, the staff always make me smile they always check to make sure im okay when I'm down and when the staff sees me they give me hugs and that gives me joy I never felt more safe and secure anywhere so I would chose and refer this place to anyone and everyone I know the food is pleasant. Thank you everyone for bringing me such joy and happiness I've never had before

I would definitely recommend this place for anyone I care about. It is less than 2 miles from my parents home and they have both been clients. The communication and care is exceptional. The physical therapy helped my mother greatly and the facility was clean and cheerful each time I visited. Plenty of safe parking, its located in a quiet part of the town. I don't know details of other people's experiences however the clients I saw in there seemed content and well taken care of. I won't refer names because I don't want to leave anyone out of the compliments. I will just say you can trust this place to do what they are there for.

We noticed the strong smell of urine, feces enough to make you gag when visiting. People living there told us they have mentioned it to Staff many times but nothing is done about it.

Mother had Covid not once but twice. Every day we visited and either a Nurse. Dr. Or Therapist was in. They had to teach her how to walk. Talk dress herself. and EAT. This is not a easy task at 93. Never saw anyone lose their cool. As professional as you could be under the most trying circumstance. We can not say THANK YOU EVERYONE enough. From the Nurses to Ed in P.T. to Cindy in Occupational Therapy. And all the Staff. You hear a lot of horror stories out there. But what about a great rehab center.. It may not be the best Rehab Center, but let me tell you. I would give it all up to have the same people take care of my mother again. It wa a long 6 weeks but they gave the care a loved one deserves . So many Staff we met. So many people to thank and we just do not remember all the names. Thank You EVERYONE. THANK YOU.

This place isn't so bad I was told my cousin is dying there, it seemed nobody would care for him .. But they do try their best the staff is very friendly.. He looks so emaciated He barely drinks any liquids and eats his food and if he does eat a couple of bites that will be it untild his next meal.. He needs rehab from his stroke where it the state agency when they're needed who looking for the ones who can't help themselves. Medicade doesn't cover these expenses. Very sad seeing slowly him slow passing away right before your eyes....

I stayed at Pahrump Health & Rehab approximately 4 weeks last fall and was pleased with what I experienced while there. In particular: the Staff was pleasant with us as patients and worked well together; The facility was super clean and was kept that way daily; lastly, I have dietary restrictions and the kitchen made every effort to accomodate them in my diet. I think management changes in the past couple of years have made a huge difference in the quality of care there. Thank you so much to the wonderful Staff at Pahrump Health and Rehab! Irene Smith

Poor is an understatement. a friend contracted c-dif and mrsa while staying there after a fall and broken hip. He had to lie in his own feces one day for 4 hours .. no offer of a shower or bath after.. and this is common? continuously. He also got severely dehydrated and there was no water by his bed. He also had no phone in his room and no one would answer call lights, clearly understaffed. If you care about someone, send them ANYWHERE but here. It smells of sewer in the building and one whole wing is sinking into the ground at least 3 inches, and a door could not be closed.
