My husband has been a resident at MtGlen for about three years, and our family can truthfully say that the service has been exceptional. The staff is not only professional, but very caring friendly, and sensitive to individual needs. The food service is exceptional, not only in good general everyday menu choices, but in meeting special dietary needs. The financial side is also exceptionally well-managed and that is a big relief. There are a wide variety of "activities" to meet most "interests"---music, discussion groups, movies, exercise sessions, etc. Yes, we wish he didn't need this level of care, but since he does, we are totally grateful for what MtGlen provides.

I love it here! I have only been here for about 3 months, but there are so many activities I have to pick and choose what's most important for me at the time. The residents are wonderful and the staff is great. Everyone is so friendly and we are always ready to help one another out. It doesn't hurt that all our meals are cooked and our apartments cleaned.

What a great place to live. The administrative staff is more mature and as a result has empathy and better understands the needs of older people. The dining wait staff, head cook, and head chef are friendly and attentive. The head chef has monthly meetings with the residents for all to give input into meal preferences and planning. There are lots of activities and chances to meet people and develop friendships. Residents don't feel neglected. So, between the staff and the residents, a culture has developed which makes you feel part of a family.

We have been neighbors with Mountain Glen for years and they have an incredible staff and management team. Robin and Deborah are so great at making sure things run smoothly and services are in place for our residents as they are moving from different levels of care. Being so close to to the hospital, and neighborhood Mira Vista and area skilled nursing make health care needs and changes very safe. Kimberly, the administrator has always been available and willing to help meet resident and community needs to make Mountain Glen a great place to live.

This is one of the best ALF I've ever visited, they're always so friendly and helpful. Robin and Deborah always have the information the families and residents need. You can tell how much they're loved just by walking into the facility and seeing how they interact with the resident and how excited/proud they are about their activities, food, and their building in general. The chef Josh is nothing short of a magician in the Kitchen, I'm yet to be served a meal I did not like.

Senior Living at it's BEST in Mountain Glen Living. Residing in a luxury community, residents are treated and served with the great respect and honor. Mountain Glen is home, simply put. A happy, fun home. I consider all the residents and staff here my family. We all do a lot of laughing and some crying. We all have each other's backs and support. I would also like to mention Molly and Kim they are both fantastic people and are always there for us.

I love this place so much . When I got there from California felt so welcoming from the staff . Specially from Molly she lift me up . She made me feel like I was her family. Was visiting the facility, it seemed very well maintained and clean. During the time I was there housekeeping was holding a cinco de mayo party for the residents. The housekeeping manager Araceli was the host and had live music, food and drinks. The residents loved and enjoyed it very much. It was amazing to see how involved the housekeeping staff are and how well they have kept areas clean and well taken care of.

Stopped in to visit Mom today... she was playing bingo in the activities room and I,ve gotta say she was having way too much fun... took a quick trip to walmart to pick up some personal things and made it back in time to play" balloon ball" and rocking out to "50,s top hits ...again sooo much fun ... like the activities coordinator said "laughter is the best medicine" and they were laughing and having a wonderful time, when I left they were just wrapping up their game so they could head to the dining room. I sleep better knowing Mom is so happy and watched over 🙂 Thank you Mountain Glen employees

My father has been living in non-assisted living at Mountain Glenn now for about 8 months and aside from a couple of hickups, that you would expect, it has been great. They worked with us on money and finding a great accommodation. Dad's health and happiness has improved and we are happy he is there!

I visited my grandpa for the first time in 2 years and I was thrilled to see how lovely this facility is. Everything and every place was so clean and organized. I didn't even see one trip hazard! I met a lady named Sally who was so kind and helped me find his room, and then I found out she was the cleaning supervisor and thanked her for her obvious hard work and dedication to ensure the residents are comfortable and well cared for. I can't I imagine my grandpa could spend his "golden " years in a finer place and am thankful for Mountain Glen (and Sally!)

We moved here 4months ago because of the wonderful staff and residents we met, everyone is so great. There's a lot of laughter and happiness throughout this retirement community. As an Elderly Care Provider/Care Manager, I have had the honor of working with the staff at Mountain Glen in several capacities. I have walked the buildings with staff members and alone many times. The environment is always positive and VERY clean. Robyn and Deborah hold fun and interesting events for the community. I have joined in several times and had a great time. The food served in the community is amazing!
