I unfortunately would never recommend this place. The food is cold always. I'm diabetic and was told they don't have a specific diabetic diet plan. Couldn't eat over half of food brought. Short staffed. Wait time to go to bathroom was 10-15 min. Then left on bedpan at least 10-15 min. It's a scary feeling to be put in a facility to begin with and not to be cared for is sad. Meals are served in foam cups and foil. Never hot. Some staff are pleasant while others act like they don't wanna be here. I'm only one person so my review isn't gonna make a difference. I was told several times the doctor would be in the first day I was here. I never saw him. My fault for picking this facility, not my fault for the treatment.

They had no social worker... activity director and financial director were no help. The Dr in charge only saw me 1x in about 6 weeks!! Shea and Ashleigh were awesome nurses. Except for the aide I had Saturday before I left they were good. Aid that last Saturday answered my late call light saying' I can't believe I had to walk down hall to answer this call light. You made me get up out of my seat' Very unprofessional

As a nurse that works in these facilities I see negative reviews as a result if those who say it's understaffed. Correct everyone is understaffed so why aren't you going to the facility to help take care if your own family member because that neglect as a result of understaffing shortages can be said of you too.

As soon as I walked in the Door I was Welcomed. The facility it self is very clean. Residents are very happy. Had activities throughout the day.
