Thank You for helping our family navigate my mom's injury and successful 6 month rehab. From Day One, we found the staff to be extremely kind, caring and positive in their outlook on mom' s treatment. They answered all of our questions throughout all of our time together, and never made us feel to like we were bothering them. Thank You for everything you did to help our mom get back home! We will miss all of our new friends, but are grateful to have shared the journey with you!

Well, first of all, I do have to say this is a wonderful, beautiful place. I don't think 5 stars is enough. They deserve 10 stars my first experience. When I arrive here at the facetious, met Ms. Paul she was truly amazing to help me get settled in and everybody was wonderful. Everybody was pleasant, everyone was friendly and make me. Feel comfortable, they welcome me and that really touched me. But the most important thing I could say about this facility, if you looking for a place for your loved one or you looking for any type of rehab, this is the place and I do not give good vibes if there's none. But I would love to share this because this really really meant a whole world to me when I arrived at this facility, I was stressed out I was frustrated and I was frustrated because I have lost my wallet and VIA transportation found my wallet, begging me to run around, making it difficult for me to go get my wallet, but let me tell you something, the social bargains Mandy, and the staff here went above and beyond I explained to them what was going on what was happening. Because they will trash my wallet and they had somebody from here to go pick up my wallet for me. So they wouldn't trash it so I can have it and I received and retrieved my wallet, Mandy, social worker. That meant a whole lot today that showed me how much daycare for the residents here, they don't want the residents to be worried, stress or anything they want them to be comfortable, relaxed, get well and receive therapy or whatever it is that they need. And I don't know who's the owner of this place. I don't know who's in charge of this place. I just wanted to say good job. You got some of the wonderful best people here. Some of the best staff nurses. If I need anything that will accommodate me, it would look out for me. I mean, that's why I say they deserve more than 5 stars.n Yeah, I will say you always gonna have something from negative. People cause you can't satisfy please everybody, but you can take my review and believe in it. And that's another thing. You got to see for yourself and experience it yourself, you can't take everything you see but you can take my review to the bank. If anything ever happened to me, hopefully knock on wood, it doesn't and I have to go for rehab, I will select this place to come back and get my treatment. What a great place! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly, and the staff takes such good care of our sister - she’s made a lot of progress since her stroke. I judge places by how neat and clean they are, and this place is great on that score, too. The nicest nursing home/rehabilitation center I’ve been in. I’m very happy to our loved one stay here!

Always clean, polite, and friendly staff. From the minute you walk through the doors, it is very welcoming. I have visited my mom on several occasions on random days and times. Always the same, clean, friendly, helpful staff. The residents I see are polite. Some of them hardly talk but others I see will smile and talk to you. Love the physical therapy staff and the nurses. The social worker is on top of things and keeps you updated. If you ever have questions Michelle and Sonia get you an answer. Nothing but praise for everyone that works there.

Our tour of the facility wet much better than expected. I had toured several places this day, but by far this facility stood out because of the friendly staff and the administration. And the fact that they have staff that have been there for more than fifteen years was pretty impressive. To see an active physical therapy rehab for the short term facility was what we were looking for. If I were placing my mom today in skilled nursing, this would be my choice. Even though the rooms are semi private, it still seemed to be a really good facility and had high ratings by medicare. Compared to many others that we have seen, this was the best!

Well my brother is here for physical therapy following a fall. I didn't see any nurses while i was there but he said they do come around. He's only been here 3 days so we will see how it goes.

I am currently a patient here and have observed patient neglect, call lights not being answered, resulting in falls. I have called the front desk for help and no one answered, when I go out to investigate, no one is there. Employees also bring their children to work on the night shift and allow them to run around. I would not recommend bringing your loved ones here.

We’re there to visit and pray with our friend who was there as a rehab patient after knee surgery. The staff is very helpful and friendly. A very nice and safe place for caring and recuperation. Has a good parking lot for the visitors.

Oh! Thank you for bringing my 92 year old mother's smile of 'yester-years' back onto her face on her first day; a look of security & contentment. The Heights on Huebner, is clean and the earth-like color theme is soothing to the eye and soul. My son was a resident for almost a year. He loved the friendly employees and they soon became his family . He had his own room with a shower and soon ate most all meals in the cafe . At times there was live entertainment, music, family game nite. The awesom admission director introduced my son to almost all employees in the building. My sister is there for rehab after a fall. She is 83 and doing well there. Better every day. There is always staff available and they are all friendly and very kind to the residents. Food is very good , tailored to each person. It is a safe friendly environment for everyone including residents and staff. I have been an RN for forty years and I absolutely know the difference between high quality care and substandard indifferent care. This place is totally all about providing the best care for the residents, and the staff are happy too. Your family member will be totally safe here!

First off, the staff was extremely friendly. Great attitudes, and everyone smiled and said "Hi!". It was decorated very beautiful and festive for the holidays, and their activities calendar was amazing. My Grandma seems to like it there very much.

My brother-in-law suffered a devastating stroke and after hospitalization and an intermediate step-down facility, he is now at Heights on Huebner for long-term care and rehab. We visited over the weekend and during the week. In both cases there was plenty of friendly, caring and busy staff. Staff interaction with patients was exceptional. Speech, OT and PT providers were strong across the board. Having a relative at the Heights for only a couple weeks I can’t definitively endorse the long stay aspects, but the start has been impressive. No follow up to this review will mean care and conditions continue to exceed expectations.

Every time I come, they are very cheerful. I brought cupcakes the other day to all the nurses. They were very happy and very appreciative. They seem to care a lot about their patience, and I've heard their physical therapist and occupational therapist are the best.

I brought my dad from a Houston hospital straight to the rehab facility. The caseworker Margie had everything done. We walked in after hours got checked in no problem. The police was clean. Everybody is very friendly went back and saw Dad the next Morning and spoke with the nurses and the caregivers very professional people highly recommend this place
