Owen Valley could not be better in anyway. They have taken excellent care of my brother. I live so far it’s had to get there but I know he has the best care anyone could ask for. Kelli is a guardian angel and I’m so blessed to have Tom in her care. But everyone there is just awesome!!

My mother was a resident in the Memory Care Unit for 10 months. Our family was so happy with the love, care and respect that she was given. She passed last week and the staff was absolutely amazing and considerate of the family as we were with her for 3 days around the clock. She was cared for hourly and the family was reminded that if we needed anything to just ask. A cart of food and drinks was brought to the room and refreshed every few hours, the aides were compassionate and answered all the questions and concerns that we had. A sweet lady named Robin was doing her housekeeping chores stopped and asked if she could get us some coffee. That meant so much because she went above and beyond her duties. The night was late when Mom passed and we had so much support and compassion! The employees took care of all the details and treated us with kindness and respect. Thank you to the Owen Valley Memory Care employees who always accepted Mom’s Gentiva Hospice Care team. I had heard that the Owen Valley Memory Care Unit is the best in the Wabash Valley. They proved that true to our family. Thanks also to Elizabeth in the Business Office for answering all the questions, attending meetings for us, and always being there. Thanks to Patty at the front desk who was the welcoming face of the facility. She always had a smile and a kind word for us. I enjoyed our conversations. Blessings to all of the ministering angels in this facility!

Rehab is cutting edge with a newly renovated Therapy Room and Equipment only found 8n most Rehab Hospitals. TherapyStaffing on a regular basis brings 3-5 Physical & Occupational Therapists and speech Therapy. Secured Memory Care unit is one of the best around they party all day long at the Gardens. You can overhear Karioke most afternoons! And now Robin the Robot is our new chief Happiness Officer! Come meet Robin & our Wonderful Staff!!

After years living in the memory care unit, my mother in law passed away early this morning. We have felt nothing less than family and love from her caregivers, admin staff and other families these several years. This has been her home. I cannot say enough kind words.

Such a beautiful campus and wonderful staff. When you walk in, the place just feels homey and welcoming. I would highly reccomend to anyone looking for senior care! The lady at the desk greated us as we walked in and welcomed us in like we were already family and all the staff was so kind as they each introduced themselves like they were so happy we were there visiting. They show such a caring nature to want to help anyway they can and I love that.

I enter this building a bunch. Every time I am there I am greeted with a smile and a welcome. I feel comfortable walking around due to the fact that everyone I have come across is so friendly. And the patients look to be very well taken care of. Thank you for all you do.

My sister Lori (Margaret) came there on Friday and so far she has had a great experience. I have faith that this facility will be able to help her get back to herself and she will be able to come home soon! Thank you so much for taking such great care of my sister! It was so comforting to see the smiling faces with the staff. Also it was very clean and didn't have an awful smell to the facility.

Owen Valley HCR took great care of my mother-in-law during her time there. Kendra (admissions), Ann (case manager) and Drew (PT director) and all staff were so caring, kind, and patient. They were always transparent and flexible with our family's needs. Thank you- we are so appreciative!
