My husband was in Cascades Health and Rehabilitation Center in Bham WA for about 2 weeks. The staff was very caring and kind. The nurses were kind and helpful! Kamaljit and Menbir, Fritz Tina...to mention a few! If you need to stay away from home, this is a good place. Beautiful surroundings! Thank you North Cascades Health !

I love the exercise area. The nurses and cna's are friendly.Yogesh, Fern, Elizabeth, gurkaran, Chris W, rebeka and negesh are great. I love them all.

I have lived here for seven years. The staff are great and very caring. I need to mention these CNA's Kamal, Rangit, Elizabeth, Inder, Balbeer, Yogesh, Hashi, Bailey, Chris, Narinder, Nece, and these RN's: Harjinder, Christina, Jennifer, Sandy, Rebecca x 2. I know I have missed people, doing lists aren't easy these days. So if you're not listed forgive me. All of these take wonderful care of me and are patient with me when I'm a grumpy old man. The food isn't bad for institutional cuisine, I eat one meal because there are lots of carbs. The ED (Kody) is a good guy as he's gone to bat for me over some medical tussles.

Im not with happy with laundry services at the moment because I don't get my personal laundry back for weeks. The CNAs are always available to help. Yogesh is helpful and kind. Yogesh and his coworkers provide good care.

This facility has a great staff and they work as a team. The medical staff does great job. Yogesh is a great CNA and takes good care of his residents. CNA's offers Ice water and snacks frequently throughout their shifts. Overall great facility.

My mom was here for the last three weeks of her life and the nurses and staff took such gentle care for her. Especially grateful for MaryLynn on the 2nd floor and Nadesh. They helped walk me through hospice and end of life care. So thankful for them helping my mom get comfortable. And the lovely CNA's who helped me dress her after she passed. The whole things was a sacred experience.

Housekeeping and kitchen could step up their game. Also social services needs to improve on their part. I want to mention that Yogesh.N., Sandy Kaur, and Savannah Longstaff were very helpful, kind and polite. These employees were on top of their game and took good care of me.

My father was in rehab here for six weeks following a stroke. The facility was clean and he was well cared for during his stay. Staff was attentive, accommodating, and therapy was focused on his particular needs with the end goal of being able to go home as soon as possible. Upon my father's release from the center, the care team coordinated his post rehabilitation care when he transitioned home. Initially we had several options to consider for my father's rehabilitation. When my mother and I toured the facility before admittance, we were concerned about making the right decision for his rehabilitation. At the end of my father's stay, my mother had many praises about the care he received while at North Cascades, confirming that the right decision had been made to place him there. While no rehabilitation center is going to be perfect, North Cascades was a good choice for us and I would not hesitate having a loved one go there for rehabilitation care.

North Cascades was good for my mother in law for rehab. People were nice and therapy was good. The food there is better than at the hospital so I think that helped her towards recovery also. I would have another family go there if needed.
