i would have given them a rating of 1 but ot, pt, Mo,Bo, Matting and a few others is why I gave them a 2. My rehab there failed as a result of not getting the needed services I required. It was a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

Makiah is an excellent employee. She is able to relate to her patients and make them feel at ease. She is friendly, thoughtful and, most of all, efficient in performance of her job tasks. She is a very valuable asset to Edenbrook!

I would like to do a review on a CNA named Makiyah. My loved one is a resident and Makiyah is one of his CNA. She is outstanding in every aspect of care!!! I have worked in the health care field my entire life and her level of excellence is rare!!! She always has the patients best care as #1 priority. She is professional and at the same time kind and so efficient. She never hurries the patient. Her efficiency allows her to get a much higher lever of work done than many others do at Edenbrook. She is friendly to the patients and their families. She has great empathy for patients realizing they are not at home and it can be a hard journey for them.

I was there for about 1 1/2 weeks. I had been in 6 other care centers and Edenbrook is by FAR the best. They generally answered the light in less than 15 minutes or explained why. Had a fabulous kichen staff. I needed a lot of help with some stomach problems and they tried so hard to help. I would recommend Edenbrook to anyone!

My friend is there temporarily. She had physical and occupational therapy there, was ok. Not enough though. Nice, friendly staff and residents. Her room smells like urine most of the time. Her roommate is loud, annoying.roommateH©

Eden Brook has been a blessing ™ for me, I had a rough time during Covid. My dad mom was in bad condition I was going through a lots with my wife almost die due to Covid. I was under lots of stress,I got my parents in to Eden Brook, they welcome my parents with open arm,mydad hate it ,but each staff was kind and friendly. Later I admit my mom due to fracture of her bone. They watch over them with love , care ,and kindness. They even help out to get my mom and dad in the same room,that meant a lots to me and my parents. Eden Brook help me throughout my tough time. I thank you and appreciate each and everyone who works there. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Edenbrook, just like many nursing homes, has been impacted by the past 2 years. This pandemic has been hard on everyone. Staffing has gotten much better in the past year as homes have started to recover from the covid hit. Edenbrook is fortunate enough to have better staffing than many other nursing homes. The staff care for a love the residents they work with and do their best to help them with their needs. And the management so their best to accommodate those who satu their as well as take care of their staff.

This place is full of caring individuals that work tirelessly as a team to support the residents and families they serve. The therapy team is amazing and has been working together for years. They now have top of the line modality equipment including: e-stim, ultrasound, and diathermy to help progress patient recovery. This little place is doing some big things! Love the changes!

I had a really great experience coming into Edenbrook Rochester because of Danny Schwartz for the first time in history I found a place that they keep their word everything he told me he kept his words I am very very happy with that he always checks in on me like he promised he would and I think we make good friends he's a heck of a guy made the transition in here was great because I'm a little younger and it's a first time for me and he made it comfortable for me. Thank you Danny and Edenbrook for taking such good care of me and putting me in such a great place. - Jeffrey Rothering

I recently had neck and back surgery. I had lost the ability to walk and use my right hand. I came to Edenbrook for post-op care. The nurses were kind and caring. The best part was the therapy. I was determined to walk as well as use my right hand again. Teresa, Alexis, Chris, Darren, and Kelsey kept me motivated and working hard. I'm walking and able to write my name now. Overall, my experience at Edenbrook was positive. I recommend Edenbrook. I would like to give a shout out to Danny Schwartz who let me now I am important from the beginning.

Our disabled brother lived at edenbrook the last six months of his life. What a blessing every one was to my brother and our family. The love they demonstrated to him was simply amazing. The quality of care we observed given to him is second to none. We simply could not have asked for more. Thank you Edenbrook for helping us in such a loving way say goodbye to a very special brother.

This clean, cozy, family style place has been very kind and caring to my spouse,who was here for a few weeks, and also to me. The housekeeping staff , maintenance, nursing attendants, dietary dept, nurses, therapists,social work, reception,administration& medicine (& all staff, in case anyone was missed),are all very professional and helpful. Thank you all, so much.People went out of their way to be kind and helpful during this stressful time. Were here for rehab,& the therapists really work hard, daily, to get you better.Going home today!

My mom was at Edenbrook for about a month before she passed away. The staff was excellent, both with my mom and with our family. They were very sensitive and kind in her last days, moved her to a private room, made sure the family had refreshments. The building is old but they have obviously been fixing it up with new flooring and paint. They made this difficult time for my family a little easier to deal with.
