I really enjoy working with Jessi. She always comes into work excited to see and care for residents. She goes above and beyond to help other aids and residents. She truly treats the residents like her own family as well as her coworkers. I'm always thrilled to see her name on the schedule because I know the residents and myself will be greeted with a smile and a warm welcome!

I want to give a huge shoutout to Morgan, Andrea, Britt, Sheena, Dolly and Lori. These wonderful ladies work in Housekeeping and Laundry Services. These ladies do their job and do it well, they take the time to get to know the residents and their families. They go above and beyond to help the residents, families and their team members and they truly want what is best for the residents and their families. They are the most passionate, caring group of people you will ever meet. Ben Hur couldn't have asked for a better Housekeeping and Laundry team.

I recently started working at Ben Hur Health and Rehab as an as needed nurse. I have worked in a rehab/long term facility many years ago and this facility by far is the cleanest, most respectable place I have worked at. The staff are always willing to help and the relationships that are built with the residents you cannot beat. The Director actually works the floor when staffing shortages occur which you never see anymore. You can tell that everyone who works here (staff and management roles) really cares about the residents and each other. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for an impeccable job or somewhere to call home (or for rehab) for their loved ones.

Ben Hur is an amazing place to work. I've only worked there almost 7 months and feel like I've know the employees my whole life. The residents are what makes this place so amazing. I have worked for Ben Hur for almost 4 years now. I love my leadership team! It is a community of servant leaders who love and support their staff and residents in every way! They have competitive pay and benefits. I am completing my RN right now through their one2one program, and they are paying for my books and tuition and I am in contact weekly with support from corporate.
