Elevate Care Regency has been a good place for my mom, who is currently 87 for the last 4years. I appreciate that they ensure she is safe while still encouraging her in her drive to be independent in her own way. The facility is pretty clean, but the reason why I am truly able to sleep well at night is the staff. Nurses such as Joey, Maria and Alvaro ensure my mom’s health is a priority and do so with care. CNAs that truly deserve recognition for their work and kindness include Stacey, Yolanda, Obi, Katia, Tara, and Rosetta and when she comes overnight-Ella. Also, I appreciate Carmen, who is a supervisor for the CNAs, as she always makes sure my mother has what she needs. And finally, Ricky at the front desk is always warm and welcoming when I arrive to see my mom! My mom reports that the doctors are caring and knowledgeable when they work with her.

Nurse Janet and all nurses on staff are wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The food is quite good and my husband does not complain to bring him food. They keep it clean and tidy. I just wish they would motivate more to do more rehabilitation with the patient.

There to visit my Nephew today and I noticed that his sheets had been removed from his bed and there was no fresh sheets on his bed. The sheets that was remove was thrown over in the wheel chair which I think is unacceptable. Also I was there on Monday and noticed he was wearing the same clothes today on Tuesday as if he had not been cleaned up for the day. Just attention to detail is very important.

My mom was brought here due to a fall which caused her to suffer a stroke. She has beginning dementia. The nurses and staff are attentive, caring, and thanks to their dedication, my mom has made great progress. The therapy sessions have made her stronger. I am grateful for the team and kindness. Amen

My mom was in rehab in January 2026 when my mom transitioned to Hospice, my two sisters and slept in the same room with her. This facility catered to every need we had during our sleepless nights, the coffee was always coming, feels like home wherever you go within this facility. We want to thank everyone in the facility, we will never forget the genuine generosity and kindness my mom received. Sadly, my mother transitioned to our heavenly Father, I feel peace and blessed she was cared for like a family member. In addition, Mr. B (facility owner) personally came into the room to extend his condolences and offer us food, coffee, etc. Thank you to the nurses Amity, Janet, and Margaret for your help and prayers for my mom. CNAs are amazing. Nicoletta needs to be reported to ombudsman and investigated. Don’t know why the best places keep the most vile staff.

This is a really nice facility, I’ve been there several times to visit my Grandma, very neat and tidy. The CNA’s and nurses were really nice but I always come across a lady called Carmen, i don’t know her role in the facility but she is a very rude and talks to people anyhow. I really don’t know why they have such person working there

My spouse was sent here in April after a stay at Highland Park Hospital and sent back a second time after a stay at Resurrection Hospital. He ended up feeling that he’d been treated very harshly. For example, he fell out of his nearly railless bed soon after his arrival and was severely criticized by his nurse for falling. Also, he was made to wear mittens even after I told Regency staff that they did not have my permission to make him do so. It isn’t clear either that Generations at Regency provided very useful care. Their oxygen generating machine sounded like a jet airplane taking off and made sleep very difficult. My spouse was sent to nearby Resurrection Hospital after a week at Regency due to a low hemoglobin reading. He was sent there a second time after two days owing to low blood pressure. In neither case was Regency able to help much. I don’t doubt that many staff members at Generations at Regency mean well, but they don’t seem to have the skills or the resources to help seriously ill patients very much.

The staff has been taking care of my sister for the past 4 months and they have been wonderful. I had a moment with social services but the administrator stepped in to assist me with getting some help for my sister. Also, the nurses are very nice and engaging with my sister. The CNA's are Rockstars when it comes caring for my sister. I can tell the ones that really care for the patients. Generations is doing a great job and we are praying that she can start rehab therapy soon to start walking and talking.

What a wonderful experience! My mother was recently at Regency after being in the hospital for a while. From the minute we arrived my mother felt welcomed and greatly cared for. I was so happy that she was encouraged to get up and out of her room. She had her meals in the most beautiful dining room with other residents where she made a couple of friends that she still keeps in touch with.She even had lunch with the administrator a couple times. Speaking of the dining room, Melanie serves the meals in the dining room and is so caring and sweet. The food was hot and my mother really enjoyed it. The CNA Arlene is so attentive and it is evident that she really cares from her heart. The therapy team is winderful and really helped my mom get back on her feet. The administrator Renee was so helpful with everything that we needed and visited with my mom every day. Her passion for this facility and the patients shines through.Sylvia at the front desk is so sweet her smile when you walk in the building is so welcoming. I would highly recommend Regency. I would trust them with my mother again.

I recently completed my clinicals here for ICI CNA school. The CNAs were open and helpful to students. The majority of the CNAs did a very good job with explaining their various tasks and responsibilities. Thank you to them. The residents here are great!

If you are googling this place because you got an email from them today, they have been hacked. They were friendly when they called but I suggest you DO NOT follow the steps in the email. Also, all of the emails on their website have apparently been compromised as well. They will all reject back to you. We called and talked to a person and confirmed these emails were not legit.

I recently completed my clinical hours as a student CNA at Regency. My experience here was good as I was able to gain the necessary skills to become a CNA. I would say most of the staff were friendly and taught me a lot to become a successful CNA. They also have excellent physical therapists for the residents who require rehabilitation.

Did clinical rotations for class at Generations. All the CNA's we worked with went out of their way to teach us and make us feel welcome. In terms of learning opportunities for me, there were plenty because most of the employees here don't want to do their jobs. Eddy, RN, Rosemary CNA, and Aretha CNA were all wonderful and demonstrated professionalism and care. Many of the other staff were rude and dismissive to my group of students. These residents are truly fortunate to have student CNAs who care come in and help care for them. I was heartbroken to leave the residents.
