My mother is currently a resident there. The facility is beautiful. She is getting great care there. I have been there several times and I am never disappointed with the staff, the cleanliness of the facility, or the friendliness of the staff towards me. I would definitely recommend this facility if your loved one needs extra care.

Towards my grandmother last and final days as a family we knew at Green Acres of Lowell she would get the best care. During this time they treated not only her but my family with the utter most respect as possible. They accommodated anything we needed and made sure my grandmother was well taken care of and comfortable. I am incredibly grateful for the care that was given to my grandmother. Thank you to the staff and new administrator.

Green Acres of Lowell is an amazing place to work. The atmosphere of the place is amazing. The residents are very kind, open and honest about anything and everything. The Direct Care Workers work hard to get every resident the care they need. Administration always works hard to make sure both residents and employees are well taken care of. I have only worked here for 6 months and I have learned so much and enjoyed working with these wondering residents and workers, and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone who ask.

Moved Mom from SE Michigan one year ago to Green Acres to be closer to us and everything has been super. Mom loves it here and continuously speaks of the caring staff and the wonderful food. We're so glad we made this move. When Mom's happy, we're happy, and I can honestly say I'm very happy!

My father-in-law moved into Green Acres 18 months ago. Although we have experienced high staff turn-over, his care has been exceptional. The administration and staff have gone over and above our expectations that demonstrate their commitment to compassionate care. They worked hard to get my father-in-law to our wedding with two aides accompanying him and taking care of him so we didn't have any concerns on our wedding day. When we decided that mom should move into Green Acres to be with dad as she began hospice care, she was welcomed with genuine compassion. The staff are modifying routines tomorrow to bring Dad to his wife's funeral. I would highly recommend considering Green Acres to care for your loved ones!

Great staff members and management. The nurse is so caring and kind. They take care of each and every residents need in a timely manner and residents are at home here. They have activies 5 days a week. They have a great hair dresser there. Staff is willing to do what ever it takes to keep a resident happyhappy. Even if that means a chat in the dinning room or even a dance in the community room. Even saying a good morning with a smile brightens a residents day. They are just a big happy family at Green Acres. I would recommend it to anyon

When we moved our mother here in November of 2015 we would have recommended Green Acres to anyone who asked. There was only one building, the administrative and hourly staff made a new family for our mother. Our mother passed away in May of this year at Green Acres. In the last 6 months there she continued to get outstanding care from the hourly workers even though they were working double shifts and getting paid a wage that was not a livable wage doing work many of us could not or would not do. At this point the administrative staff, including the organizations nurse, had changed 3 times. You have to ask why. I am writing today because I understand the nurse who worked there in May when we left is still there. If you are considering moving to Green Acres in Lowell I would recommend interviewing this nurse to determine if her care will be what you or your loved one needs. And remember, the owners of these facilities are not concerned about you or your loved one. If they were they would do more then make the facilities look nice and improve their standard of living. Remember: just because it looks nice and is expensive doesn't guarantee quality care.

I've visited family and family friends in a number of assisted living homes over time and I can honestly say I've never met a group of such dedicated and compassionate staff until coming here. The amount of effort put in by everyone from volunteers to administration to ensure quality, around the clock care and a well maintained and welcoming environment is admirable. There are daily activities and regular field trips out of the facility, a beautiful path around the property and it's seriously worth checking out for yourself. Moving here is like gaining one really big family.
