Lovely facility. When I was surprised to find how far I needed to walk to visit my friend, the front desk attendant found me a walker.

I really like the rank and file staff, however, I have found admin and their in house nursing through Enhabit to be very unresponsive to my parents needs. For example, my father was set to discharge from Intermountain Medical Center on a Sunday but had to stay an extra day because the facility and nursing through Enhabit were unwilling to do his re-admission on the weekend. When asked why they would make my dad stay in the hospital for an extra day they first claimed it's protocol and then stated Enhabit has inadequate staffing to do this on the weekend. Either way, for the fortune my parents pay to be at Creekside, the administrator (Cecelia Winter) and the in house home health agency (Enhabit) should be much more available on the weekends.

My father & father in law live here- it's wonderful! The staff is loving & really care for every resident. The food is great, the facility is well maintained & beautiful. The activities draw in the extended family & make it a positive experience every time we visit. I can't say enough good things about Creeksid

Creekside provided exceptional care for my dad. All the staff knew him by name the first week he lived there and greeted him with a smile. It's hard to leave a parent in the care of others, but Creekside treated him as they would their own dad or grandpa. Thank you Creekside.

I think that Creekside is beautiful! The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Building and grounds are beautifully maintained. I wouldn't mind living there is a few years if i could get a gluten free diet.
