Staff is very helpful and attentive. We recently lost two exceptional members of management who are very much missed. It has taken some time to hire replacements for them. One position has been full but the other remains vacant.

Looking for a place for my mom has been a very emotional tolling process and Christine was so kind and helpful in her tour. While touring the beautiful facility I saw first-hand the level of care that is given to residents. I'm really hoping we can make it work to be my mom's future home.

My mother spent her final years at Havenwood before passing at 105. The aides on her unit were compassionate and caring people. The front office staff as well.

My first impressions were feeling the community is very hospitable and welcoming not only by the aesthetics of this beautiful community, but most importantly, by the staff who take pride in working here and providing the care for the residents. I never knew I would be tasked with handling my elderly fathers finances and care. No one ever taught me how to do it and navigating the world of senior care can be really tough. You're making very serious and important decisions for your loved one and it's hard to not always question your choices. Moving my father to Havenwood was a great decision. From the beginning, the office/leasing staff has been informative and trustworthy. My questions and concerns have always been acknowledged and addressed. I always felt like I had a support system as I made my way through all of the options and choices and information. The staff really made the move seamless. The nursing staff is also excellent. I live in another state and the nurses always keep me informed via text/phone/email and they take excellent care of my father, going the extra mile when he was first getting adjusted. I just cannot say enough good things about Havenwood, the people there really make it great there! The building itself is also very nice and the unit my father lives in, although small, is very nice. I highly recommend.
