I met with Nicole, who provided a tour of this beautiful facility. She was kind, patient and informative while I was working through this maze of finding managed care for my parent. While this facility wasn’t the best fit for my parent, it was definitely, what my parent and I both agreed, a beautiful and welcoming environment!

We came in for a tour to view some senior living options closer to the Twin Cities. We were impressed to see that meals were included in the cost of rent, and we liked the variety of activities that were offered at the community. Throughout the tour we were also impressed with the welcoming and engaging staff that we met along the way.

My has been at havenwood for the past two months since her recent hospitalization. She has received kind con passionate cate by many of your staff members. She was truly cared for. The memorial with the staff members was really appreciated the day she passed away. I will always remember Rabica and Amanda so fondly with the compassion they showed my mom. I have a family member that works at Havenwood of Minnetonka, and I came in for a tour one night to see what the community was able to offer. Having had family members in nursing homes and volunteering in various assisted living communities, I wanted to see what Havenwood of Minnetonka was all about. From the moment I walked through the doors, the atmosphere felt welcoming and peaceful. I was greeted with a warm smile by the concierge. The community spaces are spacious and inviting. The community has many choices for amenities. The one’s I took special note of were the community fitness center, movie theater, and salon. I was also impressed to learn that the community is able to offer aging in place to their residents.

I recently had a wonderful lunch at Havenwood while visiting a family member. I was immediately welcomed into the spotless and organized dining room. The room is spacious with a wall of windows that provides a lot of natural light and faces beautiful green space. I was impressed with the restaurant quality and selection of food. The menu includes specials of the day and a wide variety of daily options. The service was professional, especially with a 4-year-old in tow (they brought out the chicken tenders early for my grandson). Keep up the good work Havenwood!

I toured Havenwood of Minnetonka and as a 73-year-old, widowed, retired from public service and a veteran, I was very impressed. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I noticed there are lots of men with a strong veterans group, which really stood out. I love that it's an age in place community, where meals are included in the rent, and the underground heated parking and storage are reasonably priced. The building looks brand new, modern, and clean. I would highly recommend Havenwood of Minnetonka to anyone looking for a safe, supportive, and well-run place for themselves or their loved ones.

I moved my 98 year old Aunt into Havenwood in May. She’s responded real well to this environment and loves it there. She is getting great care and the communication with their staff is wonderful. I think the staff at Havenwood are phenomenal! My parents moved into independent senior living, progressed to assisted living and finally going to memory care. They were together the entire journey, with dad passing in January and mom in June. The staff truly cared for them, by remembering the simple things: Their favorite meals and drinks. How they liked the beds made, furniture arranged Giving hugs throughout the day (pre-covid) Preferred food with medicine including going along with mom’s special’ tea that cures ailments (she claimed to start company making tea) They kept us (4 kids) involved in the decisions and informed of different options throughout. When we had questions, they were straight forward but compassionate. So many of them came in on their day off to say their final respects “ it was very heart felt

A close family member moved in 10 days ago as an independent resident. She already feels settled in, has started to participate in the many activities/services offered and is making new friends. She is very happy with the meal plan she selected and uses it for her daily evening meal. The entire process from, touring the facility, lease signing, moving in, and the list goes on, was handled by all the staff in a very professional, welcoming and friendly manner. We have my grandmother at Havenwood of Minnetonka. The facility is beautiful and her room is better than most studio apartments in Minneapolis. Some of the staff are lovely and listen to our requests. However, as my grandmother’s health has recently started to decline, so has her care. We were told by higher management that the solution to her lack in care was that we should teach the staff how to take care of her. I have had to take her to the bathroom nearly every day and help with her toileting. It is frustrating and I’m not sure the shine of the fancy refrigerator outweighs the lack of care.

This is a wonderful place to live. The workers are lovely people to be with, the residents the same. During the pandemic, they have worked hard to keep us happy and safe....and their hard work paid off. We have had no Covid cases either with employees or residents. I feel like I live in the safest place the world has to offer. My apartment is marvelous; the food is very good. Just about everyone here aims to please...while still being efficient and in charge. Plenty of activities to choose from. Peaceful surroundings.
