What a great facility. The tour was amazing and really showcased all this amazing place has to offer. Joann was a delight. The perfect mix of professional but fun and had us laughing the entire time. She’s a great face of the facility and the perfect peek into the daily interactions all will receive if able to have a chance to live in this great place. This is top on our list.

We recently toured this facility and were blown away! The facilities are clean and well maintained, all staff we encountered were friendly (especially the concierge, Joann- what a doll!!!), and it seemed like there were numerous amenities for the residents to enjoy. It easily went to the top of our list as the most viable option that we would feel the most confident having our family member live at.

A colleague and I recently toured the Havenwood of Buffalo and were blown away by the beautiful building and incredible amenities. However, what really made our experience so special was the warmth and care extended by the staff to both us and all the residents of the community. It was abundantly clear that the staff at the Havenwood of Buffalo take immense pride in their residents and truly love and cherish them. My father is a resident at Havenwood of Buffalo and has been there for about 8 months, and it has been enjoyable so far. He loves the food, staff, and is extremely happy with his apartment. He was in a studio apartment for about 4 months and has since moved into a one bedroom and can do his own laundry without having to leave his room. One big part that is awesome is that when my father spent some time in the hospital and then a nursing home for some OT and PT staff was still asking "when does your dad come back" they really care. Thank you to everyone at Havenwood you made my father's transition from home life to Senior a living facility easy and relaxing!
