Somewhat ok, therapy was a joke!! Nursing staff ok for most part, few of the night staff was no good but was taken care of by sending them to different area of the building. Daytime & Evening & night crew was ok after that

I've been here for about two years. I started out in rehab and transferred over to the assisted living staff on both sides are very kind and willing to help. If I can't be at home this is where I wanna be. The building is always clean and doesn't smell.

I am an NP that provides services here at Orchard Pointe. Residents are well cared for and always happy. Staff provide great care and always attentive to resident needs. Staff go above and beyond to provide the best for their residents. I love all the fun activities they do and all the staff participation to make it extra special for their residents. Great facility! Beautiful building that's open and bright! The court yards in the summer are gorgeous and filled with flowers! They have lots of fun activities everyday and outtings! And the dining blew me away! The food not only tastes great it's presented beautifully! Looks like an upscale restaurant! At the last place I worked the food was the number one complaint I would hear, so I was so happy to see how nice it is here. Working for this company is like a breath of fresh air compared to the last facility I worked for in Avilla for many years. I feel like the company actually cares about their staff and they are all about resident focused care. While the employees are treated good and given many benefits, they teach resident focused care and doing what benefits the residents here in their home and not just what's convenient for staff. I always feel like I'm provided the resources I need to do my job right, something I wasn't used to. I'm so thankful to have become a part of the orchard point family and can be proud of where I work and the care that's provided!

My mom has been working at Orchard pointe for almost a year now in life enrichment. I can tell she really loves her job,and I love hearing about the outings they go on and crafts and things they do.I didn't know a nursing home did or could do all this stuff ,I think it's great

Our Mom was a resident for 1 1/2 years in the assisted living wing. I can't say enough about the entire staff at Orchard Pointe. They strive to make sure the residents get an at home feel and at the same time they create their own little bonus family. One of the first things I noticed was every staff member including all the behind the scenes staff in laundry, housekeeping, and the kitchen knew my Mom's name. That makes the resident and their family feel at ease and welcomed. They strive to bring them different activities to keep them involved no matter what their challenges may be. The nurses and the techs are so very kind and took the time to know her. Our Mom would look forward to getting to know everyone from her care team and her neighbors. We experienced all levels of care from rehab, skilled nursing, and assisted living. They were always professional yet with a personal touch. The facility is modern and is kept updated and quite beautiful with all of their courtyards that are full of flowers and plants that creates a calming atmosphere. I would highly recommend Orchard Pointe to anyone looking for care for their loved one no matter what level of care you may need. Our family became part of their extended family.

My mom was at Harrison Springs for a few weeks . Most of the staff was very sweet . I would say they really aren't equipped on the rehab side to take care of someone with dementia They really do require a lot more attention and sometimes needs are not met .I would absolutely recommend this rehab to anyone ... just not for a dementia patient . .

My dad moved to Orchard Pointe a month ago after a hip fracture. I can honestly say, he is living his best life ever. He started out depressed and discouraged but the staff got him out of his room and living again. I strongly recommend!

I have enjoyed living in the assisted living for 2 1/2 years and have found the staff to be very helpful and cheerful. My husband died recently and everyone here from the residents to all staff members have been caring and kind.
