Willow Brook Christian Home Assisted Living Facility is a highly recommended facility and home for my mother and my family. Our family researched and visited assisted living facilities in the area, Willow Brook Christian Home Assisted Living provides all-inclusive and comprehensive care. My mother was having frequent falls and losing weight prior to moving into the assisted living facility. The personal and compassionate care from each and every staff member has helped her regain her strength, independence and provides her with a great outlook on her future. The staff goes above and beyond in caring for my mother's needs daily. Finding the proper care for your family member can be overwhelming, but as a family, we know she is receiving the best care from Willow Brook Christian Home Assisted Living team.

I have not only worked at Willow Brook Christian Home for 25 years, but also had my dad and my mother-in-law as residents there. I work with people that have been there as long or longer than I have. It's one of the unique features of Willow Brook. The compassion my teammates show those they care for everyday is amazing and being a Christian facility it is not uncommon for a staff member, Chaplain, or CEO to stop and pray with you if they see a need whether it's a resident, staff member, or family member. Willow Brook has been a large part of my life and I still enjoy going to work everyday and being part of a team in a safe and clean environment.

My dad stayed at Willow Brook to rehab after surgery. The staff was wonderful, food was good, and the facility was very clean. The rehab staff were extremely helpful and patient! It was very refreshing experience after a prior rehab stint somewhere else! Consistent staff who are extremely caring and friendly makes a huge difference! I highly recommend Willow Brook.

Employee of Willow Brook Christian Home 4 1/2 years; last 10 years of working life. After being part of the workforce for 41 years and being micromanaged most of those years, WBCH has saved me from loosing faith in myself and mankind. The last employer let me go after 21 years without a blink of an eye. At least 50 bosses and 25 employers, I have never worked for a company so loving and kind and believing in giving 2nd chances. From day one, I have had so many God sightings of good things happening. Couples loving each other until death do them part; employees reaching out to those in need without being asked; coworkers hanging in there like families when they do not have to, a CEO who knows everyone by name and has established guidelines for us to follow that makes us all better human beings, and a boss that is nothing short of a miracle as he gives direction and strength to those of us who are lost. Thank you Willow Brook for bringing me back from a rough patch and letting me use my skills in which I'm best at and not rushing me along!

I've had a wonderful experience staying at Willow Brook for my rehab. The nurses were pleasant and attentive, the facility and my room was clean and comfortable, and the food was great. I was thankful for the experience I had and it was much better than other rehab facilities I've stayed in.

My mother and father have been in assisted living at Willow Brook for several months. They both are happy with the care that they receive. The staff is consistent which is hard to come by in a long term care facility. Most of all, they are caring. We chose a non-profit facility that was dedicated to the mission of caring for people not just making money and it shows at Willow Brook ! The staff is flexible and will try anything to make my parents more comfortable. The administration is approachable and is very helpful to our family as we navigate this difficult time. We are very happy that we chose Willow Brook. No regrets !

I wrote a negative review of this place out of anger. I want to apologize to everyone involved. It was a knee-jerk reaction to a situation, and the fact I am 2.5 hours away from my mom, which creates frustration for me. There was a theft of my mom's rings which were on her finger. She is a resident and suffers from memory issues. However, the management and personnel at Willow Brook have bent over backwards to help the family with this situation. They called in the police and facilitated my sibling with making the police report. David Chappell, the administrator, has poured over video from the cameras in the hallways at the facility. This place is extremely clean. My mom is very happy there and well cared for.

I knew about Willow Brook Christian Home because my husband's father did rehab there after an injury, about 10 years ago. We were very lucky to get a room here for my mother after an illness in November 2017. After about a month in rehab/nursing, we were able to get a room for my mom in the assisted living area. We had always hoped that we could take care of my mom at home forever. She is now 98 and her needs simply were greater than my immediate family could provide. What we discovered was that Willow Brook became our extended family. The nurses and aides and activities people and dining room staff and cleaning staff and facilities maintenance crew--EVERYBODY--took both my mother and the rest of our family under their wing. If I've forgotten anyone, forgive me. They are all family now. It's not easy to make the transition to assisted living for anyone in the family, but thanks to Willow Brook, we have never second-guessed our decision. It is like we have a whole team helping us with our mom. I can call them anytime. They all know her personally. They can tell me how she's eating, sleeping, communicating, whether or not she's been smiling. They have been excellent communicators with doctors and hospitals. Something that really amazed me at first was how well the staff communicated with each other. If, for example, we talked over something with one staff member I'd head down to tell another staff member. They'd always say: Oh I know about that, they already told me. Some of you might identify with the feeling that when your parent is in the hospital or in rehab YOU have to constantly be there to advocate for them. That never hurts, but at Willow Brook, they are my mom's advocate too. Did I mention that the food is REALLY good? I could write a lot more. But just be assured I definitely recommend Willow Brook Christian Home. I have told the manager that if anyone wants to talk to a family member of a resident, I would be happy to do so and answer any questions you might have.
