My mom is a resident at The Springs. The Springs provide a family atmosphere while providing care and support for my mother. The extra programs they provide has helped my mom strive. The staff have been nothing but helping and caring. My dad was a patient there for a while and also received excellent care. I would highly recommend The Springs to anyone looking for excellent care for there family members.

First, the overall impression of the facility is that it is well maintained and has a welcoming atmosphere. By this I mean that it has a homey feel, not a formal, cold feel. This feel continues when you meet the staff. There is a "how can I help you " attitude throughout. The proof of this is in the details: the food is above average and if you don't like what is offered on the menu, at any given time, they have additional options. The apartments are comfortable, well furnished and here again, if you don't like something, they will do whatever is possible to meet your requirements. All of this having been said, it is when you are face to face with the staff members working on the details that show their true colors. They are on your side. They want to arrange for you what you want if at all possible.

I want to recognize Belinda Foreman. Who is very patient, kind, & helpful. She has helped me in so many ways during Herbs stay here these 8 months. Also April....hall 100 She gives her all everyday. Works so hard & treats all in her care with such kindness. Also Samone...who works with April. I'm always happy to see them. Also...Shania. & Saida. Who work on 100 many times. They treat Herb with understanding & compassion. I like them a lot. The therapy girls are all wonderful. Even tho Herb isn't getting therapy now, I learned they are the best anywhere. Shannon was his most recent. She made him happy. But that whole crew gets my praise. Thank you. Shirley Stitz

My experience with The Springs is absolutely positive. The facility itself is very nice but the most important aspect is the people. Nursing staff. Aides. Therapy. Dining room cooks. Cleaners. Everyone was caring and compassionate. But mostly they rehabilitated my husband so he was able to return home to me. I would recommend The Springs if you or your loved one needs care and rehabilitation. Thank you so much.

It's a very beautiful place. I did a walk through with a staff member. The only staff I seen was really young people, no one older with any experience.

My mom was placed at the Springs for 5 days of respite care. While my mom was a the facility during this time. They didnt cut up her food as they were told to do. They were also told that they needed to feed her and they didnt do that. They placed the food in front of her and let her be. She also feel out of her chair while there and didnt inform me nor Guardian Angels until she was being picked up to be brought home. And they informed Guardian Angels never did inform me at all. They also had her in someone else clothes when I went on Monday to pick things up when she had a shirt and pants of her own in her drawer to be put on. This place looks beautiful on the outside but on the inside I wouldnt trush for my mom to be there again.

The staff from every department genuinely cares about their patients. The staff shows compassion. They try their hardest to answer call lights in a timely manner. Every department (nursing, therapy, housekeeping, kitchen, and social services) does an amazing job! You guys rock!

Mom has really started enjoying life again. The staff is awesome and extremely caring. The Springs "Top Chef" food is homemade daily and delicious. All of the residents, staff and myself rave about the flavor especially the awesome soups. The campus is very clean, fresh, beautifully decorated and feels like a spa!

My mother, Esther, has been here now for a little while. The ENTIRE staff: housekeeping, kitchen, nursing, social services.. you are amazing group of people. From our family to yours...thank you so much for caring for our mom with dignity, compassion and kindness. We feel safe knowing she's in your care when we can't be there.

As all the other but me being the patient they mess with your normal everyday medication. They lable you. The day nurse is extremely controlling willcuse your med time as psy back. I wouldn't of seen anyone nor when they say they are coming back not! The pt and wound care were wonderful. Nurses tried to be but were overworked. Sorry not nurses but cna. Nurse was an outright bully. And supposedly doctor came but i had v request him but no show. I will never say in this awful controlling environment diane
