Me and my brother and family would like to Thank everyone that came in contact with our Mother Imogene Ellerbrock, the nurses, the management, laundry, housekeeping and anyone else!, THANK YOU!, we are forever grateful for you all, you all, not just certain ones, ALL were a God Sent! You all are amazing! She had her certain ones she would talk good about, and they know who they are, but she liked you all! She was so at home and involved with every activity and that's what I and my brother wanted for her! She is with the love of her life now, our dad!, and i am sure they are celebrating! Thank you ALL again, God Bless you ALL!

I am at peace knowing our mother is getting the best care at Meadows of Ottawa. Her Catholic faith is a priority for us and for them. Staff pray with her and take her to their mass. We love this.

We are so grateful to The Meadows of Ottawa! My father-in-law recently had a Skilled Stay here, and we cannot say enough great things about this care facility. The team went above and beyond to ensure his needs were met, and they kept our family informed every step of the way ” from any concerns to how his therapy was progressing. My experience has been excellent. My Mom has needed different types of care in the time she has been here. The Nurses, aides and others in charge have stepped up to provide what she’s needed each time. Mom has been on varying degrees of Hospice for over a year. The cooperation between their staff and the Meadows staff is superb. Whatever my Mom needed at the time was provided immediately. The maintenance staff has provided what Mom needed; always with a smile.

Unfortunately I was discrimated due to being on ADA(American disabilities act) and I also got injured at work.... pointed me for having to go to the ER to be assessed. Schedular and Payroll were told how I felt I'm treated,nothing happened. I was promised in writing money for pick ups, stars and point deduction... all those never happened. Lots of broken promises I didnt know we still lived in a society where it's okay to lie and discrimate. Also, ignored doctor recommendations..ada related

My mother stayed there during her last few days on hospice. The staff was attentive, compassionate and respectful during her passing. They provided comfort throughout. During the stressful time they were right there providing everything my mother and the family needed. Highly recommend this facility.

My dad spend some time in the Meadows after his surgery had wonderful care. I also have a friend that has spent the last five years there his nurses are friendly the administration is friendly is taking good care of and I highly recommend place.

I visited Donna, a customer in the assisted living center who was recovering from a hip surgery. I noticed the place was clean and they seem to offer there residents and guest quality help with programs that lift up there spirits. I even met the activity director and went out to play some music there a couple of times.
