My wife, who was terminally ill was admitted on April 1, 2026. She passed away April 22. I was extremely happy with the care given to her until she passed. The nurses were all helpful & very caring. It was a comfort during that time to know she was being well taken care of.

Today we placed my mother into the care of Regency Care Center, in Norwalk. The entire process was made less stressful and the placement was super easy with the dedicated services provided by Shay, the Admissions Director. A few weeks ago, she gave us a very nice tour of the facility and expertly answered all of our questions. The paperwork was explained and easily filled out with the assistance of Shay. Shay is a definite asset to the Regency Care Facility. As my mother was checked into her room, we met several of the nursing staff as well as dietary and maintenance personnel, all of which were extremely friendly and helpful with all of our needs. You could tell that the entire staff was friendly and were there to take the best care of our mother.The Care Center was very clean, no odors and decorated nicely. The rooms were spacious, with a good window view and well lit rooms and halls. I am pleasantly pleased with our choice of nursing care being provided at Regency Care Center and their entire staff. A special Thank You to Shay for all of her help, direction and making our decision an easy one....thank you staff of Regency Care Center!

Compassionate, Dignified, and Exceptional End-of-Life Care Words cannot fully express how grateful our family is for the incredible care our loved one received at Regency Care Center. During one of the most difficult times in our lives, the staff went above and beyond to provide not only excellent medical attention but also deep compassion, respect, and comfort. From the moment we arrived, we were met with kindness and understanding. The nurses, aides, and support staff treated our loved one with the utmost dignity, making sure they were comfortable, pain-free, and never alone. Their presence brought peace to both our loved one and our entire family. What truly stood out was the genuine love and empathy shown by everyone—from the caregivers who gently held their hand, to the hospice team who explained everything with patience and clarity, to the chaplain who offered emotional and spiritual support. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, and it made all the difference. The facility itself was clean, quiet, and calming—creating a serene environment that allowed us to focus on spending meaningful moments together. We never felt rushed or overlooked; instead, we felt embraced and supported through every step. My husband passed away with dignity and grace, surrounded by warmth and care, and we owe that to the incredible team at Regency Care Center. We will forever be thankful for the compassion they showed us during this tender time.

I have entrusted 3 family members, over the past 13 years, to the care of Regency Assisted Living and Care Center staff members. As with any work place, there is some turnover to be expected. The core group of the many long term employees are absolutely wonderful. This includes the staff members in management, nursing, CNA's, dietary, activities, laundry, housekeeping, business office, and maintenance. They have always treated my family members as if they were their own. Our family members also receive the same treatment. I especially appreciate the fact the on-site physical therapy is available. I have never regretted having my family members reside at Regency.

I miss all of you thanks crystal,Betty,Kathy, Melissa,Becky,Michelle,and Vicky and all the aides .everyone always spoke to me even when i was in the back .I hope to see you again lacey .take care of my sister thanks to all my bingo family love you all.cant say much about the food but Wendy and her girls was so nice to me ..I miss those great lorna dune cookies lol Thanks to Michelle in the laundry for always stopping in and talking with me you are a wonderful person.any ways I miss all of you .alot !!!! Not impressed after mother there for 2 weeks. Lack of communication among staff. Rooms not cleaned regularly. She's been there 2 weeks and 1 shower. Missed Dr. appointment because they failed to make transportation arrangements after being told and reminded at least two times. Medications took 2 weeks to get correct and that was after having to talk to Director of Nursing. Appears to be short staffed. Meals poor quality. PT and OT doing good
