Skilled rooms are very spacious. The therapy team is great and works hard with the patients to have them return home after rehabilitation. The nursing department is fantastic. They always go above and beyond for the patients. There is no agency or contract nursing in this facility, which allows continuity of care and the same friendly faces daily. The activity department is always busy and encourages all patients to come out and participate. Facility is located in a easy to find area and right off the interstate.

The food is terrible, I'm Jewish and can't eat pork but they keep sending pork products. For most part, the nursing staff is good especially Lydia.

My mother-in-law spent her last month of life at Pine Acres and the service, kindness and love shown to her by the staff could not have been better. I would highly recommend this facility as they did all they could to make sure she felt right at home!

Best Nursing home, hardworking and caring staff, variety of activities et entertainment for Residents, best occupational, speech et physical therapy especially on skilled et rehabilitation area, staff get recognised et rewarded for hardwork. Spacious fancy rooms and shower room on skilled unit. Renovation and remodeling done in most rooms and hall ways on long term section, new carpeting everywhere, affectionate, compassionate et charismatic DON on assisted living.

Very thankful to the staff at Fountain West! I was at a loss as to how to get my mom the help she needed after yet another fall and injury and they took her into skilled nursing with open arms. She continues to form relationships with all of the staff and is getting cared for with compassion and understanding. Thanks for all you do!
