Run far away and don’t send your loved ones here! I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. The staff is incompetent, lazy, and NEGLECTFUL to their patients. Communicating with anyone there is an absolute nightmare. No one knows what’s going on and one knows how to do their job. This goes for the director and [name removed] the ‘social worker’ as well. The staff will leave their patients to lay in their own mess for hours before cleaning it up. They are very dismissive of their patients needs and concerns. It’s a disgusting and vile place to be. I can’t imagine how bad it is for people there who don’t have any family to advocate for them and speak up. The place is ran like a circus and they treat their patients in the skilled nursing area like dirt.

If there more stars to add it would be five more! My time spent here was so great I will be sad and miss all who helped with my healing. I do very highly recommend Franciscan Villa for special care and therapy for your recovery from what ever ills you to get you back to a better future. I also want to add is Franciscan Villa is a very clean nursing home which they stay on top of every day. So feel assured your time spent here will be in great professional and caring hands. Franciscan Villa has been such a blessing to our family! When our 91-year-old Aunt fell and broke her ankle, she came here for inpatient Skilled Nursing. During her treatment she not only healed, but thrived all thanks to the excellent care and therapy she received! Prior to discharge from Skilled Nursing, she decided to move over to Assisted Living and she's been there for almost 7 months now. The staff made the transition easy and she loves it there! I cannot say enough about how genuinely caring and attentive the staff has been to both her, and to her family. They are truly giving her the best care possible, and we have been beyond impressed with everyone at this facility (including fellow residents) -- where they treat everyone like family! The meals are good, and the daily activities keep the residents both entertained and engaged. There are optional outings to stores and restaurants, too. Playing Bingo twice a week is a huge hit, with prizes for winners and fun for all! Every staff member has been helpful, professional, and friendly. While this facility isn't brand new, it is always clean, well-maintained, and safe. We have the utmost confidence that our family member is living her best life, and we highly recommend it to anyone. For reference, we have experience with family members in other facilities both in Oklahoma and in Texas. Franciscan Villa is the BEST we have encountered!

When looking for a place for my mom, Franciscan Villa was at the top of my list. Highly rated by Medicare as one of the top homes in Oklahoma. It's always clean, smells good, staff are always smiling, nurses even text me if my mom needs anything. From front office, to floor staff. They're always there and making my moms stay enjoyable.

My first hour here they sent in their A team but after that its been downhill I was told evening meds were given out between 7-9pm and here it is 10:40 pm...I'm told by the aid to be patient...If I was yold I wouldn't get night meds until 10:30 I wouldn't have hit the call button but I wasnt so I did and was scolded...This is going to be a long stay if this is the way business is done here...I was better off at St. John's Very Unfortunate I had high hopes for this place

Fransican Villa is providing my 94 year-old uncle with outstanding professional and personalized care in a clean and safe environment. We've consistently received welcoming and friendly service from every staff member we've encountered in each department including the reception desk, nursing, maintenance, housekeeping, dietary, and business office. The responses to all our requests regarding moving my uncle's belongings in have been positive, displaying their willingness to make him feel secure and comfortable while he transitions to a major life change that occurred abruptly. The staff provided him clothing and furniture until we could bring his personal belongings. The maintenance staff even connected his media equipment for him, so he could watch his favorite old movies to ease his transition. The employees appear relaxed and well staffed with numerous employees coming and going. We've witnessed only cheerful, caring interactions with the residents, family members, and each other. The general manager, Jennifer Hart, personally knows the residents, visits them daily, and is familiar with their social habits. Both the business and clinical staff provide timely communication with family regarding resident's health and emotional issues and show a sincere willingness to cooperatively work together as a team to find viable, workable solutions to complex problems seeking family input when necessary and are willing to try our suggestions when possible. My sincerest thanks to every employee for their patience helping my uncle and us adjust to his new way of life.

My Mother stayed here after long ICU stay, careful reviewing and Medicare 5 star review, She stayed here, Pcp took her off B/p meds due to low B/P, they put her back on and she fell twice before I realized what had occurred, that got fixed, only to have them dance with her per staff trying to occupy her, while an event occurred, they never told me the whole story, As I had found her with purple reddish black eye while aide was dressing her, aide was newly assigned, I had left her 3 pm day before as was going daily almost, at 8:15 am she had black eye and staff was with her, but new and had no ideal it was new, staff informed me when she retired to her room after ( the dance) she didn't have, I found her the next day at 8 am with Black eye and no one knew how it occurred, ( hmmm rounds were documented they were checking on her thru the night? ) , needless to say charge nurse said no ER, I thru fit to nurse assisted to her and she called Doctor and Doctor ordered Er, visit- then Charge Nurse/of that hall states" oh we will pay for it, but if you want to drive her, it will probably be quicker" you see my mom was on Blood thinners , and this was a bad black eye- not black but purple red and swollen eyelid and nobody knew it!!!, not even aide with her who stated she saw it but didn't know it was new!! What happened to giving Reports to oncoming staff? , I took her to ER and told Hospital F Villa was paying, they gave me form for NH to complete, once they did test and visits She was discharged back to center, It was a mess because I had driven her Hospital discharge to home , Social Worker was confused, no one could get Villa to answer phone or return calls for over an hour and they Asked Social worker if she was coming back or going home due to so much confusion, so I also drove her Back to NH, when I got there , I had to give report to hallway charge Nurse because chg Hallway Nurse didn't have any report from Hospital . I spoke to her about bill and she said to give to Biller, I left copy with biller who was gone for day and checked back, spoke to Mary - NH biller - who sent me to Jennifer Hart - Supervisor over all Halls in NH. Who laughed and said no need to fill out billing form- SFH knew how things worked and they(NH) would pay for bill after My mom's insurance paid, That was back in October of 2022, - All paper work has been turned into them- bills - itemized statements, multiple messages left and they confirmed they would pay just needed bills- now 01/23, they still have not paid, this was not only billing issues, they sent moms labs out as a cash pay and so lab billed my mom $ 800+ directly, once I got ahold of lab after Franciscan Villa did not return calls, Lab agency fixed and billed NH. This is very unorganized place, the staff aide is filled with temps and items go missing, even the food you bring in- not sure what was up with that- took two days for them to find part of Moms missing clothes that had her name on them- they just kept telling me Laundry girl would come talk to me, I finally found her myself, cleaning lady didn't mop moms room for two days, I promise you on skilled unit , bathroom and floors need it daily, , her clothes would pile up for two days, if I missed a day, I would come back to a strong smell of urine in room from her clothes. I could go on about how they forgot to come take her to events and left in room to watch tv, due to low staff help in activities dept. I'm giving 3 stars because of Food , grounds, and programs they offer and set up and that I don't have another NH to compare them to, this was Moms first. It has taken me this long to post a review only because I've decided enough was enough and other individuals need to know what to expect and what to watch for, visit unannounced, watch staff and view how they work with patients, oh yes, supplies were frequently low- diapers, wipes, , I watched the aide come in and grab plate before she was finished so he could get plates to kitchen- so many things seen I overlooked just to get thru recovery.

My Dad was at the Villa twice prior to his passing. The staff is friendly and attentive. My Dad absolutely loved his therapists and said they were some of the best therapists he had ever seen and were truly helping him in his recovery. The Villa is very clean and doesn't have any of the typical home smells. My brother is a pastor and is in many nursing homes all across Texas and said the Villa was one of the nicest places he had been in.
