I was looking for a better rehabilitation facility for my grandpa after he was discharged from the hospital, so I decided to check out Bella Terra. From the moment I visited, I noticed how clean and well-maintained the facility was. I met the Admissions Director, Maloy Nacpil, and she gave me and my grandma a tour. All the rooms were very clean, and I had the opportunity to meet many of the staff members. Everyone was welcoming, and the nurses were always smiling and friendly. Mrs. Maloy was especially sweet, helpful, and caring throughout the entire process. When my grandpa finally arrived, she made sure he was doing well and comfortable. She even transferred him to a better and larger room after noticing that he needed more space. That extra care and attention meant a lot to our family. I highly recommend Bella Terra to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming, and caring rehabilitation facility for their loved one!

I would definitely recommend Bella Terra in Schaumburg. - Rooms are clean and pleasant to the eye. - Nurses and CNAs are responsive and friendly. They stopped by several times a day to see if I needed anything. They were always eager to help. - I had rehab twice a day. Occupation therapist in the am and physical therapist in the afternoon. Both were professional and patient with me. They worked at my pace, but always challenged me to to just a little more - This is not a restaurant in a hotel, but the food is adequate and served 3x a day.

I would say that my experience at Bella Terra Schaumburg has been a good one thus far. The facility is clean and the staff is attentive. The rehab gym is a decent size and is well staffed. The only reason for the loss of 1 star is that the food could be better, but at least they have an alternative menu in case you don’t like what is being served that day. Overall, my stay has been a positive experience and I would recommend this facility to others like me who need a safe environment to recover from an injury.

My father-in-law ended up at Bella Terra Schaumburg after a hospital stay and it turned out to be one of the best facilities we've encountered. It started with Maloy and then Melissa and then we got to know the nurses- Lourdes, Tet, Ana, Emily, Christine, Louie, Greg, Tom, Gener, Farrah,and the list really goes on. Rowena, Zhena, Tessi, Angel, Olivia and so many more were some of the best CNAs ever. The two ladies that cleaned his room daily were meticulous. Nothing was a problem if i had to ask for something. I am sorry i didnt catch their names. But smiles and so friendly everyday! My father in law got great care in rehab with John and Linda and the others were great too. They were positive and polite. Im so glad we found this facility. It feels like a second home. Not a nursing home. They are like family. Its clean, bright and uodated. Thank you, Bella Terra Schaumburg!

My mother has been in and out of the hospital since december and in a previous rehabilitation center. Every time she left the hospital and went to this rehabilitation center, she got increasingly worse.They would leave her for hours.Forget to check if she needed her bebbing changed. Oxygen checked.She sat in a dark room no television on her memory got increasingly worse. I continuously called the nurses station. If they answered, it seemed like I was disturbing them. But half the time no one ever answered the nurse's station. My mom, her memory was too bad. She couldn't take care of herself at that time. And it was a good distance from my house to have to go back And forth to just make sure she was okay. I truly feel that if she was sent back to the previous place that would have been a death sentence. I was able to get in to Bella Terra. So far in the 2 days that she has been in Bella Tarra, I have received at least 5 calls from day staff, night staff, nurses and doctors. I am so blown away with their care. It doesn't matter what shift they're on their attention to their patients has been amazing. I am so forever grateful for how their staff and doctors/nurses are. I am put at ease that when I have to work or I just need a break to myself. She's in the best hands. I cannot compliment this staff enough at Bella Terra. I wish I would have found them sooner. God bless them.

This is the 2nd time my mother has been there this year. The 2nd time I could have picked any place but chose to go there again. The staff are great, very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and a nice, friendly cleaning lady comes every day to wipe down the dust and wash the floor, empty the trash etc.. Food comes a bit later than normal, 1:00 for lunch and 6:00p dinner. Food is good. You can order their special of that meal or choose other things from a different list. Some things I've asked to change happened way quicker than expected so they get a 5star on that. We'll have to see how the rest of the stay goes for a full review. So far they're taking good care of my mother.

From the first call, Maloy was amazing. She invited me to come and or call her at anytime for more information. As luck had it, my dad ended up on the hospital and then needed rehab. I was so happy to hear he would be close to home and at Bella Terra. The staff is amazing! Every shift as very polite and welcoming and they all took care of my dad. The place is so clean! When I came in, Yaz greeted me with a smile and was so friendly and explained the facility. The night we arrived, Melissa did everything she could to get my dad settled calmly and swiftly. A very special thank you to Director Malloy, who has been incredibly helpful, understanding, and supportive throughout the process. She took the time to listen to our concerns, guided us during the transition, and made sure both of our parents were comfortable and well cared for. Her leadership truly reflects in the way the entire facility operates. We also appreciate the nurses, CNAs, therapists, social workers, and all staff members who work hard every day. Everyone has been professional, patient, and respectful. The communication has been clear, and we feel our parents are treated with dignity and kindness. The facility is clean, organized, and well maintained. Most importantly, there is a genuine sense of care and compassion from the team. I would highly recommend Bella Terra Schaumburg for anyone looking for Sub- Acute Rehab facility. The place and staff are wonderful. My Dad stayed for a month. It all starts with front desk and smiles of Yari, Kim & Devarshi. Maloy and Louie are the backbone of admissions. Melissa is always ready to answer Qs related to transitions. The Manager Ana is always smiling and asking anything she could help with. Susan, the dietician always checks on you. Rick and Linda from PTs are always working hard. Coming to the nurses, Jeff, Farrah, Tet, Susie, Ami, Jenner, Tom are always willing to answer any concerns with medications, reports and gives you all the updates. Dr. Hameeduddin took very great care with follow ups and listening to concerns. CNAs- Mary, Nailla, Connie, Simone, Alice, Catherine, Alejandra, Elijah, Devika are always taking care of you no matter what time of the day/night it is. Finally, the kitchen staff of Annie, Joel & Michael ready to serve. Maria who always smiles and keep the facility clean. Thank you to all! It been wonderful experience.

I would like to begin by thanking Ms. Maloy Nacpil and Louie Pascual for their kindness and attentiveness to my mother’s needs from the very beginning. She has advanced dementia, and finding the right care environment has been extremely important to us. After coming from a terrible nursing home, discovering Bella Terra of Schaumburg has been an absolute relief and blessing. The difference is truly night and day. The staff here genuinely care about their patients”they treat residents with kindness, patience, and respect, and it shows in everything they do. The facility is always clean, welcoming, and well organized, and the atmosphere feels more like a community than an institution. Many of the staff members have worked here for decades, which is highly unusual in this field. That alone speaks volumes about the strong bond residents develop with their doctors, CNAs, and the entire care team. Communication with both the nurses and administration is excellent. They keep families informed and involved, which gives us tremendous peace of mind. The activities are engaging, the food is good, and most importantly, the residents are happy and very well cared for. Our family is extremely grateful to have found Bella Terra of Schaumburg. Ever since our mother was transferred here, she has been more alert, more comfortable, and noticeably happier”especially in terms of her hygiene and personal care. She now receives showers two to three times per week. At her previous facility, I often had to beg for her to receive a proper shower, as she was only given sponge baths. It is truly comforting to know that our mother is finally in a place where the staff genuinely care for their residents and treat them with dignity. I’ve had nothing but a wonderful experience with Bella Terra in Schaumburg. From the friendly reception team and the Admissions Director, Meloy, Guest Services Director, Louie, to the RN, Emily, and the Memory Care Manager, Jennifer ” everyone has been exceptional. Nurses Rose and Monica have been especially accommodating and attentive to my father’s needs. I couldn’t have asked for better care or a more compassionate team for my loved one.
