I love this facility, it is by far one of the best around. I have been to a number of places and I have been nothing short of pleased with this one. They have had a recent change in ownership and I believe it has been for the best. The staff are always ready to help, they take pride in their jobs and the services they provide. The nurses are informative and caring, especially on the night shift. They treat everyone as if it is their home and they will go to great lengths to provide for their residents just to see them smile. I couldn't say enough positive things about this facility it is truly a blessing to have people like this in the world today. Thank you to all of the staff at Rancho Manor, God Bless you all!!!!!!!!!

Wonderful place the staff really care and put their all into it. Great food and they are always doing something for the residents they truly care for the people there. I can't count how many times I have seen the nursing and upper management staying late to make sure everything stays in great shape.

I recently used this facility for respite for my aunt. The entire staff from the administrator, admissions specialist, social worker and nurses were professional, informative, caring and friendly. They made me feel comfortable entrusting my loved one to them. When I picked her up she appeared happy and taken care of. I would recommend Rancho Rehab and Healthcare Center to other families.
