Got a chance to attend a Senior event here and was very impressed with how kind the staff was. Seems like they are working hard to change the image and create a fun and active environment for their residents. Also I noticed that they were updating the facility which always makes you feel like they really care.

Top notch. My aunt has not moved in YET but the fact she is says it all. It has been around a long time and it isn't the newest facility but it has amazing programs and a kind and joyful presence. I am thrilled that my aunt has a new home in Wenatachee!

I came here originally because I had a stroke. I started in the assisted living and then moved into the independent living later. There is nothing I don't like about living here. My favorite part about living here is the staff. I think the staff are just outstanding. The meals are great too!

i have been a resident here at colonial vista for four years. if you are considering senior living i honestly dont know how you could beat the place. the onsite staff from executive director to all of the staff are ultimate professionals.. sincere and honestly care about the residences well being and quality of life. they are diligently striving to improve in every aspect of what happens here. if it sounds like i,m patronizing i apologize.i wish id have moved here ten years ago.

Lived here 3+ years and would say it has the greatest bunch of people around as reaidents. Staff is attentive and professional and I would reccomend to vist if you are looking for a retirement community in the area!

I’ve personally had the pleasure of interacting with Brooke and her team at Colonial Vista, and they have been phenomenal. Their attention to detail and their genuine effort to ensure residents have exactly what they need to maintain independence while in their care is remarkable. My mom is a resident here and it is a wonderful place. Paul helped us pick just the right apartment. Kristen has welcomed Mom in like family. Anna makes meals a fun time for Mom. Brooke makes the whole atmosphere warm and welcoming! My brother and I feel quite confident this is a great place for our mom! Plus I love visiting, the residents are so sweet and positive! You can learn a lot from their stories!

Kristen is the reason I decided to move into Prestige, she has all the quality and personality that makes the Residents like to make them feel so welcome and comfortable in their new Home. When ever she sees you, no matter how long we have been here. She is a Great asset to Prestige!

Visited a friend who is temporarily residing here. There are dozens of reasons why people are living here some by choice others by circumstance. My friend was here by circumstance. He was not completely comfortable there given his life situation. The few staff I interacted with seemed compassionate. The facility itself seemed decent. At the same time my friend was not in a content place and as such I cannot rate this higher than a 3/5.

My family member was a resident here but passed away recently. I liked the staff with the exception of one nurse. She worked the evening shift on 1/5/2018. I called the nurses desk on the evening my family member passed, to ask some questions. This nurse didn't answer my questions, was sarcastic, and offered no condolences for my loss. On previous visits I had encountered her and felt uncomfortable; there is more to being a nurse than just passing nursing school and the NCLEX. There are some other great nurses there though. One other issue is not answering call buttons in a timely manner. My family member said sometimes the wait would be 20 minutes; I witnessed it being 45 minutes on one occasion myself, so who knows what the average wait time is. If I had to recommend this place to someone placing their loved one I probably would, but monitor their loved ones care closely.
