The Promenade is a beautiful and clean facility. The staff was super friendly and welcoming and the food was absolutely delicious. A very positive and upbeat vibe, lots of activities for the seniors and big beautiful rooms.

I had the pleasure of visiting this beautiful facility and was immediately impressed by the welcoming sunlit lobby with a view of the lush tropical courtyard. Ronda gave me a tour and there are so many amenities that there is no way a resident could ever be bored or lonely. There are so many activities and events. The apartments are spacious and it is very clean and well appointed. I also had lunch and the menu is diverse and the food is delicious. Ronda also welcomes people to rent their activity center for educational events for their residents. I highly recommend that you contact Ronda and arrange a tour if you're considering independent or assisted living. They also have a state-of-the-art memory care division as well.

My father Bobby has thrived living at the Promenade for one year now. The entire staff is tremendous. His apartment is awesome with a living room with small kitchenette and a separate bedroom with a $1million bathroom. Lots of food, activities and trips. Everyone is so friendly. From the moment we walked into The Promenade for our initial tour, we knew it was the perfect community for mom and dad. As soon as you walk in the front door, you notice the decor, which is bright, airy and cheerful. Between meals and muliple life enriched programs/clubs, mom and dad will have access to a variety of social programs and services. There is always something happening in the community. But most of all, it was the staff, especially Sherrie Waltz that made our tour of The Promenade such an enjoyable experience. Speaking of the staff, we couldn't have asked for a better group of people to show us why residents love it here. A few services that we knew mom and dad would love was the beauty and nail salon (on Site), Mobile / On-site Pet Grooming and transportation to doctor appointments or even shopping. The Promenade makes their residents feel like nothing has to change in their lives. Their residents happiness is what the staff is committed to. But, suffice it to say, for those who want peace of mind knowing their loved ones are being cared for in the most compassionate way, consider The Promenade in Sebastian Florida.

I toured yesterday with my mom. She's making the decision about where to move as she transitions to a new chapter in her life. I was SO impressed with The Promenade. It was spotlessly clean. (I used to be the director of housekeeping in a hospital -- this is important to me.) We had lunch and the food was excellent. There were so many activities to explore, and the apartment was really lovely. There was no pressure to sign something "right now." As a family member, I was very pleased. Mom is still making her decision, so she's not a resident yet. What I can say is - for sure - go take a look.

I love working here! The Promenade is such an upbeat and fun community. As the Move In Coordinator, I've loved getting to know the residents and being a part of their lives. I can honestly say that I feel like I'm an important part of something wonderful! Come visit soon!

This review is only relating to my/my grandfather's experience on the memory care side. He was transferred here on a Monday, which happened to be a holiday and apparently a skeleton crew. My family said it was a disaster and made their feelings known to the facility Director on Tuesday. I arrived on Tuesday and spent 10-12 hours with him daily so that he could adjust to his new environment. In my 5 days there, I can honestly say I witnessed almost no activities taking place despite what their calendar said. A staff shortage daily and when I say shortage I mean 1 staff member caring for 25 memory care patients. That included waking them, getting them ready for the day, and serving them breakfast. It was chaos and clearly too much for any 1 person to handle. I actually ended up helping when I could because I felt awful just sitting there observing. Marie who served breakfast in the morning was fantastic but was overwhelmed and the woman who was tasked to clean rooms actually pitched in 1 morning because nobody else was there. They were extremely hard working and were committed to teamwork but the "Director" Michelle was unimpressive and when I asked her a question was short with me. Ubah the afternoon/night CNA was another hardworking employee but also left to manage 25 patients alone and was called in one morning when everyone called out. Clearly the memory care side is terribly managed. The only positive I will say is the food in the main dining room. I ate lunch and dinner daily with my grandpa and the food was tasty and they had plenty of options. I would NEVER recommend you put your family member here if they have dementia or any other memory issues. From what I observed the other side is fully staffed, has plenty of activities, and the people are generally happy. Seems kind of backwards if you ask me...

I took a tour with Ronda, but first I had lunch, compliments of Ronda. The food was exceptional! The staff and residents were very nice and personable. The facility was impeccable.. I couldn't find a speck of dust anywhere and believe me, I looked! There are lots of activities, socials, and Happy Hour every day. You can be as social as you want or have quiet time too. My Mother is a resident and we moved her down from Michigan two months ago. The staff is outstanding and keeps us in the loop as to her actives. They are always keeping her busy with things to do everyday and outings to see the beautiful surroundings. She has commented on the food (how good it is) and finds the ice-cream social hour and happy hour, enjoyable and delicious. Michelle the activities manager on the memory care unit is fantastic and is always keeping everyone busy with the fun activities for the day. The staff is always friendly and they always have a smile on their faces, and are helpful and treat the residents like family. I would recommend going in and seeing the beautiful building and the staff.

I have been a visitor at The Promenade several times. During my visits, the staff are friendly and warm. More importantly, the residents are happy! One of few assisted living communities taking extra precautions during covid. (I work in the industry as a vendor and have been to many that are not) If I had the need, I would certainly consider The Promenade as my first choice!

A wonderful afternoon concert of a violinist and her beautiful voice. Promenade has wonderful activities such as these to keep the residents entertained. The staff is wonderful and very caring to the residents!

Wonderful experience for Mom. She is in Memory Care and with the help of the staff is adjusting well. They have numerous activities to keep her active and is always willing to participate because the staff is guiding her along. The building is light and bright and so connected to our to beautiful Florida weather. She loves the patios.Thank you to Promenade staff for helping Mom threw the Dementia phase of her life.
