Stay away from this place. We removed my wife after only one month there (only stayed that long because we already paid). My wife has Parkinson's disease and they have to have their medication every day, on time. They could not get that figured out. Most of the staff could't understand us anyway. I watched some of the staff leave at night and come back later and the owners didn't even know it. The food was always cold because they make it in another building and then deliver it to each building so it arrives cold. By the way, they also threw in a "Community Fee" of $3,000 that we didn't get back when we left. They just tacked in on. We could not get out of there fast enough. Please do your due diligence.

Awesome facility all the staffs or very knowledgeable my Mother lives here at Park Senior Villas. Manager Brian Cruz-Andino works above and beyond to make sure the residents and family is comfortable and satisfied. They always doing a lot of activities with the residents and encourage family members to participate. This is a very welcome environment. Thank y'all for a wonderful JOB!!

Park Senior Villas is arranged to have a Home-Feel to it, this ensures that residents are part of a community, are noticed, and included in activities. And speaking of activities...the team of Jamie and Elvira did an excellent job with the Annual Bingo Night. Residents, their family members, and their friends were invited to attend. It was a great event! Filled with music, laughter, good food, and GREAT company!

I came to the Goodyear location by accident and feel is was a blessing. I had to unexpectedly place my Dad in memory care. I was impressed from the start and cannot find words to convey the comfort and peace of mind I have seeing him get the care he needs. The staff are great, the food is amazing home cooked!) and now I know my Dad will live out his years with support and comfort. Thank you all!

What a wonderful turn around at the Goodyear facility in the last 6 months, I am BEYOND words at the transformation I have seen and the new found care my loved one recieves daily now. Previously, I had many issues with the former General Manager who was unprofessional and hired many unqualified and unprofessional staff, specifically a RCC named Natalie and a nurse named Dana. Those two were rude, unprofessional and honestly mean to my mother, having them gone has made my mother so happy. I was in the process of moving my loved one when they finally brought in a new Manager, Richard Young, and from then on all I have seen are remarkable things and complete professional care for my loved one. He has since removed all the rude and horrible staff members I had issues with that were not providing caring love and respect, the lead nurse lady being the absolute worst of the bunch. The new caregivers and nurses, specifically David, are AMAZING and always take time for me to let me know how my mom is doing and always smiling. My moms is so happy now, and honestly refuses to leave. On top of the staff change, the facilities have improved tremendously as well, my mother now loves taking walks with me in the lovely courtyard where we are always greeted with smiles and attention. The Activities Director is completely amazing, and one of the most caring people I have ever met in my life, she is truly a blessing to my mom and so is her assistant. Activities have always been amazing here since Jaime took over also more then a year ago, and now she seems even happier each time I see her also. The changes made at this facility have been amazing over the last few months, and I am so happy someone finally took notice and made a wonderful change in management and staff to make this facility amazing and filled with happy people. Thank you Richard and Staff for all you are doing, you have helped and changed so many lifes in the last few months. I am bringing my aunt here also in 2 weeks and making this a family retreat moving forward.

My grandma lived at Park Senior Villas for roughly six years, and she really enjoyed her time there. While she lived there we would visit her regularly and got to know the staff very well. The staff at Park Senior Villas work incredibly hard to provide care for their residents and I must say my grandma was far from the easiest to care for. So a very special shout out to you: Skyler, Cheryl, Anna, and Norma who took care of her day in and day out to help put our mind at ease that she was getting the care we had hoped for. If every senior home had these lovely caregivers, your loved ones would be in exceptional hands because they go above and beyond. The care, patience, and warmth was seriously the best. I can't thank them enough. All of the houses are very well kept, clean and the residents are truly well cared for. There's events, activities, and pet visits that go on during the week as well as a monthly newsletter that goes out. The head nurse Dana is exceptional as well as the care team. Management used to be poor, but the Park Senior Villas' Director Jannea has really turned the place around. It's a real improvement because it's more family friendly and it shows when you walk in the place. Jannea has great leadership, is compassionate and a joy to speak with. Jazzman is a rockstar in the front office and with finance. Unfortunately grandma passed recently, but Park Senior Villas hosted a lovely celebration of life to honor her, which was incredibly heartwarming and thoughtful. Big Shout out to all Park Senior Villas staff for providing our grandma/mom care. Thank You all!

Park Senior Villas is fantastic! They are in a beautiful location, with a relaxing and inviting outdoor courtyard area for residents. They frequently have activities and themed parties for the residents, and the whole atmosphere is pleasant and enjoyable. Every staff member I have encountered has been helpful and encouraging. The manager, Jannea, is amazing and incredibly knowledgeable in all areas of her field. She interacts personally with every resident and has an open door policy so that they can come to her at any time with needs or concerns. Jazzmen, Norma and Dana have also been great at encouraging and keeping us updated. All of these ladies have been such a blessing to our family, and we are incredibly grateful for the excellent care they have given to our family member at Park Senior Villas!

I WAS THE RCC AT PARK SENIOR VILLAS. I LOVED WORKING THERE THE RESIDENTS WAS WELL TAKING CARE OF. STAFF WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. JANNEA AND DANA ARE WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH. IF THERE'S A SITUATION GOING ON THEY ALWAYS ADDRESSED IT TO MAKE SURE THINGS ARE OK. SO THAT STAFF CAN CONTINUE TO GIVE THE GOOD CARE TO THE RESIDENTS. STAFF GIVE THEM ALOT OF ATTENTION. My father began suffering from dementia nearly a year ago when he lived in an assisted living facility. He was hospitalized during our attempt to move him to Park Senior Villas. Our paperwork was not yet completed when the hospital wanted him to be discharged and arranged for him be transported to a 1 star care facility. Park stepped in, arranged for him to be brought there, provided a temporary bed and immediate care while we arranged for his belongings to be moved. They ultimately saved his life without us even signing a single thing. Once he moved in, he gradually began to recover. The social interaction, the genuine care that the staff showed to each and every resident was not only impressive but made my father happy for the last 7 to 8 months of his life. When my father passed away, they even assisted me with transporting his personal items that were too large for me to get in my vehicle back to my home (granted, I live only 4 minutes away, but that showed once again the kindness and authentic empathy and caring nature of these people not only for the residents but their families as well). I will always be grateful. If you are considering moving a loved one here have no hesitation whatsoever. You'll be making the correct decision.

This assisted living and memory care facility is truly amazing! Jannea Downs, Director of Nursing/General Manager, has no equals in the important business of caregiving. Her management style is "hands on." She frequently leaves her office and visits each of the nine villas to make sure that all is going well. The staff she has selected is not only competent but, more importantly, capable. When I first moved in and met Jazzmen, Norma, and Nakae, I knew immediately that Jannea had hired the best! Although Jannea's job is demanding and stressful, she remains calm, cool, and collected. She greets everyone with a dazzling smile and a warm and compassionate personality. As for the facilities, they are far superior to others I have visited, and I visited many before selecting this one. I'm a stickler for upkeep and, again, Park Senior Villas gets an A+ from me! Michael is "Johnny on the spot." Literally, there is nothing that he cannot fix or install. Landscaping is important, as well. The landscape company Jannea has hired "reports for duty" each morning at 7 a:m. to trim trees, and the beautiful bushes and flowers. For residents' exercise, Jannea has provided a basketball backboard and hoop in the spacious and inviting courtyard. Are you looking for an assisted-care facility for your loved one? Look no further! I sm sharing a moment in time regarding Park Senior Villa, Goodyear AZ. My father in law was a resident there. He lived in Cottage 1. He recently passed away, but he passed. He wanted me to know that he loved been there . They took excellent care of him. He loved the staff, especially Jannea, Rose, Noami, Skiler and Cherrlyn to name a few. He called this his home. It was his home away from home. He moved there because his quality of life was a little more than we could handle. He was independent but still a little needy. Park Senior Villa provided all the care and added needs and wants. If you are looking for a place to have your family member with a good atmosphere, and excellent care, this will be the place to call their home away from home.

My mom ,Janice has been in the facility for three years. The caregivers provide her with excellent care. She absolutely adores the caregivers, and has made a lot of friends at the facility too. Mom loves playing bingo and dancing with friends. She recently had her 85th birthday, and kudos for the staff for hosting a fun party for her. I loved watching the smile on her face as I looked in the window. Thanks Park Senior Villas for taking such good care of my mom.

IMPORTANT to note this review is of "current" management - some of the older reviews where they noted less staff and poor food Is NOT accurate under current management as myself and my dad have experiences . I can't say enough about the experience we just had at senior park villas in Goodyear. From Tonya, who markets the place to Jenayea, and Rosa who manage it —- they were all so accommodating, kind, caring and responsive, The property is impeccably managed and the layout of the Individual houses was a much better adjustment and experience for my dad vs the giant institutions I had looked at. There are plenty of staff in each house to give the necessary attention to all 15 residents . Everything is modern/updated. And clean and my dad is so well fed. The chef accommodates him with what he likes and the staff in the house respond to his every question / need. They've truly thought of everything - there's a full time salon on site - for hair cuts and nails , there's an awesome maintenance guy- Greg - who is just fantastic - so friendly and helps with absolutely anything from hanging a picture to mounting TVs to putting together tables , beds ..... you name it. At the end of the day I felt so good when I left my dad there . He's getting the care he needs, in a kind, clean and safe environment. I really cannot ask for anything m

Our mother was moved her a little over a month ago. Susana Ruybalid and Jannea Downs were angels! They made the transition for our family very easy, especially compared to what we have experienced in the past. Unfortunately, our mother became ill and was placed on Hospice the morning of 7/16/2021, passing away the evening of 7/17/2021. The staff in Villa 7 was absolutely amazing to our mom and our family. They took care of all of us like we were their own. Misty made this tragedy as comfortable and calming as anyone could hope for, she was simply AMAZING!!! Thank you Park Senior Villas in Goodyear, our family will always be grateful for your kindness!
