No one at desk, doors unlocked to enter building Beautiful place but no one answers phone when you call main number 745pm Sunday

Our move in was smooth and well coordinated when we moved my father-in law into memory care. Clayton was awesome... he always responded immediately to phone calls and texts. Staff here seems friendly and caring. A good friend of mine said his mother was in memory care here and the family was very happy with the Oaks. I can now see why they were happy.

My mother is in Memory Care and has fallen 7 times! (that I know of). (Since Sept 2020.). They always send her to the ER by ambulance. Their policy. She always comes right back after 3 to 4 hours, on the same day. We are getting numerous Ambulance bills from this. Why is she always falling?? Don't they assist these residents when they get up from a seated position, or when they are taken out of bed? Don't they assist in the walk to the bathroom? The Executive Director has many years of experience, but I'm not sure if she really knows what is going on in the Memory Care Unit. There is just one lady who I see when I visit my mom, who appears to care and assist. The others are there to just get a paycheck, in my opinion. Large turnover of staff too. I honestly do not like leaving negative reviews, but the falling is utterly ridiculous.

I am a resident of the Oaks at Grove Park and find it way above expectations in every way. The facilities are beautiful but it stands out because of the marvelous staff and their relationship with the residents. We are a family. I cannot imagine a better place to spend this season of my life.

Oaks at Grove Park is a beautiful community. I had been there numerous times for events, so when I made the decision to seek a new living arrangement for my father, I knew Oaks is where I wanted him to be. His needs are met, and though I can't visit him, I see photos on Facebook regularly and it's evident he's happier and he always looks great. Thanks to the team at Oaks for all you do for your residents!

Excellent care of residents. It is obvious these lovey people have become "community". There is always something going on to keep minds and hands occupied. Great food, great camaraderie for residents. Beautiful facility, run with excellent administration who cares!

The Oaks has been my saving grace! They have been like another family to me as well as my dad. I couldn't ask for anything more from each and every person that helps with my dad. This place is wonderful and I would recommend to anyone considering this type of move to take a look at the Oaks!

The folks at this new home for my mother-in-law have been over and above in every way...Terry makes himself accessible to a degree that is beyond our expectations. We live 380 miles from Columbus and long distance care from us is difficult, but the wonderful staff at Oaks at Grove Park make all the difference and help us out in every way they can. This has been especially difficult during the Covid-19 ordeal. We are very thankful and blessed to have found mom this wonderful facility.

My sister and I are so VERY THANKFUL for the Oaks at Grove Park. Our Mother lives in Horizons, the memory care community and she is very happy there. Especially in this time of shut down, we sleep well at night knowing she is being loved and taken care of. All the managers and workers provide the best possible home for her. We highly recommend the Oaks at Grove Park.
