I have mixed feelings about Triple Creek. My dad has been here for two years now because of a stroke and we had a lot of issues within the first year of his stay from nursing oversight, incompetence, neglect and poor communication which resulted in a couple close calls and a lot of hospital stays. I had to call an Ombudsmen twice about him not receiving his showers all within his first year. Thankfully myself and his sister are very involved with him and keep a close eye on things. The second year of his stay has been better but we still faced some nursing oversight issues and lack of education specifically with feeding tubes which caused a lot of hospital stays for my dad after he had a throat surgery resulting in a very rough time on him. Overall I like the nursing staff they have right now, I see them all the time interacting well with and treating the residents very sweetly and engaging them and joking with them. They are attentive. My dad can't communicate well from his stroke and they are all very great with him and he likes them as well. The one constant complaint I've had from the start to now is communication with the management here. There has been more turn over amongst management staff here than I've ever seen anywhere else. It's not a good sign to see. I call, I leave a message, no one calls me back, I call, I leave a message, no one calls me back and etc. etc. etc. It took close to three weeks before his sister got a call back to set up a care conference after she called on three separate occasions. I've had to take time off of work before and drive up there and grab someone in person to resolve a business issue I was having. I'm actually having a payment issue right now from using their auto payment site I need help with and I've called three days in a row with no call back yet. It's very frustrating. Another thing to note which is frightening is on three different occasions I've called Triple Creek and no one answered the phone or the nurse phone, and I called multiple times throughout the day. One morning this year after getting a text from my dad's roommate about him having trouble breathing I called Triple Creek repeatedly for an 1 hour and 15 minutes straight. It took over an hour before anyone answered the phone. I was getting ready to leave work at this point to check on him myself. If you are bringing a loved one here I would say to make sure you are very involved in their care as there are always bound to be hiccups in the road at the beginning and be very annoying at times to get what you need done.

My mom is staying here. She was released from a second hospital stay in a row for a uti. She has incontinence problems and has a vascular thing going on in her legs. So the stay kindof started off on the wrong foot. First night here they didnt bring her any dinner. I had to go get her something to eat. The nurse blamed the aid. Either way I had to go get my mom dinner that night. Third night here same thing. Dont know what happened but I had to go get her dinner again. 5th day here they left her in a chair all day and her legs fell down and were black. I had to get her into bed and put her feet up. This was stessed to the staff in the beginning and again that day about keeping her legs up until we can get into.the vascular doctor. I threatened to move her out. The care got a little better and they are paying more attention to her legs now. Today is Friday the 16th of August. For the last 3 days in a row i have got here in the morning for my moms therapy and she was sitting in a puddle of piss. The first of the 3 days same thing that evening when i got up here. Had to get my mom up clean her up, change her breif and get her dressed. All 3 days she was late getting to her therapy and the first day the therapist helped me clean up the bed and the mess. Now the matress cover seems to be saturated with urine since i can smell it. They tell me they rent these covers and can not get another one. I have been sitting here for over 3 hours waiting for the director. While I have been waiting my mom had to poop. I had to help her clean that up too because for sone reason there is nobody to help. I would not recommend this place if you need any kind of specialized care. The therapy is great if you are well enough to participate.

When I moved into my Villa at Triple Creek Retirement Community I received a warm welcome from the residents and staff there. They welcomed me with cards, treats, and many visits. One of the most noticeable attractions are the many, many, activities that are offered, leaving no one to ever feel lonely or left out. I would recommend anyone who is looking to move into a senior independent living community to look at Triple Creek Retirement first. You won't look any further!

The Friday happy hour is good and very entertaining. Love seeing the residents happy and having fun. I went to the eclipse party and had a wonderful time. It was a great place to view it. Residents were outside having fun and viewed the eclipse.

We were in the skilled unit for 8-9 weeks after mom falling and breaking her hip. She was doing fairly good physically but with the dementia not able to go home. They had a memory care room open and she's been there for a few weeks now. Some of the same staff, volunteers. She is doing well there. She loves everyone and they have been very nice and loving back. We were so surprised at how well she has fit in there and how good and patient they are with all the patients. She is settling in. circumstance and prayer have out her in the right place at this time. Great activities, very good food, great care.

I have been involved with Triple Creek as a volunteer for the past 10 years and plan on many more years. The activities they have are outstanding, and you won't see anything close to the special events they put on every month at Triple Creek at any other nursing home. Whenever I can I eat there and the food is as good, or better, than most restaurants. Residents go on outings at least two times a week for lunch, fishing, baseball games, tours, shopping, and whatever the residents help to plan. Every trip is well staffed, and they pay attention to the details to make the trips fun and memorable. All of the drivers are extremely safe and provide great customer service to everyone. Residents are in the best of hands on trips and never worry about anything. I have referred Triple Creek to my friends for rehab, and I would go there myself if ever needed.

My mom lived ar Triple Creek for five years. While she was here our favorite part of the facility was the enrichment department. The staff is so friendly and enviting. They encouraged her to participate in all the activities and her life was so much better for it. I've been volunteering there for the last 5 years to give back. All of the staff there are wonderful. It's a lot of fun working with Georgina, Nikki, Sherry, and Speed. They're all 5 star employees.

I took part in Fred's Live a dream with Southern Cruisers riding club chapter 92 and I was so impressed by the cleanliness of the facility and the outpouring love from the staff at this facility. I could see the love they had for Fred and others and really made this day special for all involved! They also had hot chocolate for all of us riders that really warmed my heart. My mother in law lived here for 9 years. They treated her very well. They are very kind and compassionate to there residents. I also volunteer at Triplecreek for their happy hours on Fridays. It's such a joy to see the smiles on the residents faces. They really love the entertainment of music they bring in for them. I would recommend Triplecreek if you are looking for a place for your loved one for rehabilitation or long term care.

My mom lived in Assisted Living at Triple Creek Retirement Community for four years, until she passed away a month ago. I think the best review I could leave is what I shared at my mom's memorial service as I publicly thanked the Triple Creek staff: I am so grateful to you, her Triple Creek family. It meant so much to me that you didn't just come to work to do a job. It is so much more than a job. It is a calling, a giving of yourself each and every day. Physically and emotionally, it is draining and difficult. But you each did it with grace and compassion and commitment. You knew her likes and dislikes, you laughed at her jokes, you put up with her orneriness. You genuinely loved my mom, and you knew how to make her feel special. And she in turn loved you. She would frequently tell me how well-cared for she felt and tell me about the interactions she had with you. In her final days, you came to say goodbye to her, supported my family and me, told us stories about mom that touched our hearts, wept with us at her passing. It seems that most facilities these days are short-staffed. That was a source of frustration at times. But my above tribute reflects how so many of the staff at Triple Creek went above and beyond in an effort to make up for the shortages they often faced.

My husband was a resident at Triple Creek in rehab for 3 months. We can't say enough wonderful things about his stay. The staff is absolutely amazing. The Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapists are phenomenal! When my husband was admitted he couldn't walk, roll over or sit up. When he was discharged he was transferring, walking with a walker, and everything he needed to do to go home. Once he was home they continued his therapy there and he is now going to Triple Creek for outpatient therapy. We both will never be able to thank Linda, Stephanie, Ann, Kelsie, and Katie enough! They made a life changing impact on Bunny's life and mine! I'd also like to commend all the staff at Triple Creek from cleaning crew , nursing staff and nursing aids, dining staff, and activities department. My Mother has been at this facility for about 6 months, within a 2 month period she has acquired more medical expenses than her entire life, she fell and broke her nose and fell and fractured her hip,which resulted into a hip replacement. Trying to contact the place after 5:00 pm is slim and if you question a monthly bill good luck. She is 93 years old and suffers from dementia

Triple Creek is a wonderful facility in the Colerain area. I have been blessed enough to work here over the past year and a half. In that past year and a half I have formed bonds with so many of the amazing staff and the wonderful residents. Here at Triple creek our residents are our top priority and it truly shows. We are always having so many fun activities and events such as my favorite which is our theme dinners. We also have one of the greatest therapy departments. Triple Creek is also a phenomenal place to work. They are always making sure their staff feels valued and appreciated. From monthly employee appreciation parties to our emergency assistance fund to help our staff in need. Triple creek is truly a family! I would highly recommend Triple Creek to anyone looking for a place for their love ones or a place to work!

Triple Creek is an amazing place to work at and reside in! Trilogy goes above and beyond for both their staff and residents. Trilogy is a company that loves to reward their employees through fun events, multiple pay raises, endless recognition, and opportunities for growth. Residents at Triple Creek benefit from this because since staff is well taken care of, they enjoy working there. Residents are of course the first priority, so it is important that they are fully satisfied with their care and experience. With the resources that are offered, residents have a voice and can suggest certain things like ideas for activities or other areas of interest. Each department at Triple Creek truthfully works together to maintain the best environment possible for everyone involved! The cleanliness of this facility is outstanding. The rooms and hallways are extremely well kept and the food is also phenomenal, which can sometimes be rare in long-term care settings. I would recommend Triple Creek Retirement Community to anyone looking for a place to live or a place to work!

My grandma love it here! She has flourished so much. She used to sit and watch TV all the time, now she does bingo, art projects and has people to keep her company through the day. I love all of the events they host for family members and the food is delicious. The nurses and staff are really sweet whenever I go to visit (especially Sarah). You can tell they are passionate about what they do and they care about the people living there!
