The Glen has been a wonderful place for my 94 year old mother for the last year. She has recently moved from Independent Living to Assisted living after a fall. The staff and her Care Team made the transition very smooth and easy. Her time in Physical Therapy was very productive. It is so nice having everything she needs under one roof. My mom raves about the food and the care she receives is first rate. Dez and Alison in Admissions are so helpful and I don't know what I would of done without them.

I have worked at this facility in the past. It is very clean and great atmosphere. The management does care about the staff and encourage everyone to provide the best care to the residents. I have personally refer this facility to many friends. I encourage everyone to take the tour of this facility before paying attention to the negative reviews.

My husband stayed at the Glen 2 times for respite. I was so pleased with the care he received and felt so comfortable leaving him there knowing he would be well taken care of. Unfortunately they did not have room for him this last time and I had to choose another place. Long story short, when he came home I had to have an ambulance take him to the hospital. He was severely dehydrated, to the point he would not make it, without intravenous fluids. I'm devastated. So very hard to find a facility that you trust. The Glen is the only place I trust to give him the care that he needs. I pray they have room for his respite stays in the future.

My father-in-law (with Alzheimer's) needed some rehab after a 10 day hospital stay, completely bed ridden with a nasty virus. The Glen was the first facility to call us and offer their services. On day 9 of his hospital stay, I decided to make an impromptu visit to The Glen, on a Saturday, just to 'check them out'. From the moment I walked in, I immediately felt comfortable and at ease that he would be well taken care of at this facility. Every staff member I came upon during my walkthrough was polite and informative and willing to assist if I needed anything. The residents all seemed to be happy and smiling while eating their lunch. The facility itself was very clean and organized, and offers several levels of care (assisted living, memory care, rehab, and more). After telling my wife the experience I had from a non-scheduled walkthrough, we both agreed this was the place for him. He was placed in 1 of the 2 memory care units they have and spent a total of 10 days receiving outstanding care and physical/occupational therapy. We visited (almost) every day at different times and saw the different activities, great food and fun they have. They even have 'Happy Hour' on Friday's where most of the residents gather in a common area to socialize and participate in some sort of entertainment. How awesome is that? The Friday we were there, a gentleman had his mic, speaker and laptop set up singing tunes from the 40s and 50s. Most of the staff were even getting folks up and dancing with them (carefully), and singing along. My wife and I can't say enough good things about the entire experience with The Glen and how much it meant to us to know he was receiving not only the best care, but also the attention he needed. Special thanks go out to Dez, Becca, Cecilia, Lisa, 'T', Autumn, Will, Randy, and all the care staff in "Bobert's" area that watched over him and communicated about his progress with us. Huge shout out to Carla Young for her reports and all the information you fed us, and for caring about our (my wife and I) well being, in addition to Bob's. Carla, you said you had the right staff in the right place and you couldn't be more correct. We would HIGHLY recommend The Glen to anyone!

This facility is so clean, welcoming, and home-like. In a world where choosing a short stay for rehab or a long term care option for family can be overwhelming and scary, the Glen works hard to answer every question you may have and schedules care conferences to ensure you stay informed of changes in the plan and what to anticipate. Not only is the nursing team kind, responsive, and working hard to meet every need but the same compassion is felt from therapy, environmental, social work, administration, dietary and even maintenance goes out of their way to help the patients! If you're looking for short term rehab or long term care I highly recommend The Glen!

Have been seeing the dedication and personal care that caretakers in The Glen have been giving their residents and patients thru the years. They treat them like family and their care is very genuine.

My husband went to The Glen first the first time. Every time I called for an update, they answered and were very informative. It's also apparent they fed him well and NO BED SORES! I'm speaking from experience! The other places he went to respite for, did not answer the phones, did not feed him well and came home with bedsores! This is just the first time so I will review again, but his first respite was a success. Thank you, to his nurses and aides for taking care of my husband! I hope to continue with him at The Glen for Respite. I might add that my husband, has advanced alzheimers, bedridden and can not feed himself.

My beautiful mother Mary E only had a short stay at The Glen. Our family, which is huge was greeted courteously throughout our stay. The staff replied quickly to our concerns and answered any questions or concerns we had. The best thing we loved was 24hr visiting hours! This is uncommon and transparent in our opinion for these types of establishments. Though it was a quick visit we were excited this was mom's forever home. Thanks to all involved, I hope your able to read and know who we are!!!

The Glen visually is very pretty, but that's the only positive. Residents have complained for years about the quality of the food with no improvement. Have also complained to corporate about it multiple times and still the same. Lack of staff causes things not to be fixed. Entertainment that they had years ago gone as well as any outings no longer exist.

My Mom has been in the rehab center and the people and facility are first rate very proactive quick to answer questions and provide updates. The portions are generous and my Mom says the food is excellent. Highly recommend this place.
