Mother was there about a week and everything she had been working towards while at the rehab hospital was undone. She ended up back in the hospital, I got a phone call from the social worker before she was even admitted to the hospital. Asking if they were holding her room and it would be over $400 a day to hold the room. Never asked if she was ok, no compassion whatsoever. It was all about the money, they could care less about the people under their care. I will never be fooled by ratings again.

My husband and I have been residents of Normandie Ridge for about two and a half years. We love the freedom of not having to care for a home, the wonderful variety of activities available to us, and the caring support we have received from staff and fellow residents. We are happy to call Normandie Ridge home.

I'm so glad that my mother lives in the safe and supportive environment that Normandie Ridge provides. The entire team is caring and responsive. The grounds are well maintained and my mother's apartment has many nice features. There are many dining options , special events and wellness activites available. Transportation and pharmacy services can be provided in addition to Asbury Home Care services(they rock!). A few years ago,my mother received short term rehab in the nursing care area and was then followed up with therapy in her apartment. These skilled services really helped in her recovery. All these factors give me peace of mind. I feel her quality of life ,at this time in her life, is greatly improved by being part of the Normandie Ridge community.

All I can say is that you don't need to look any further for your loved one's care. My mother lived at Normandie Ridge-I was very skeptical going in but knew within a week that this place was different, very different!!! The staff here truly cares and becomes family. They went above and beyond to care and love my mother! Not only I would recommend Normandie Ridge but my mother would recommend Normandie Ridge!!

Excellent facility in York, and unfortunately I have seen a few, nothing compares to Normandie Ridge. The staff is excellent, rooms are nice, love the Patriot Cafe, my people have no complaints on the food.

My grandparents lived in the Independent Living apartments for 12 years. During that time, they made so many friends and was always busy! They were involved in a ton of groups, activities, events, etc. Our family was so grateful to have the peace of mind that they were living a vibrant and happy life, and were not living alone, in case something happened. In addition, my mom was admitted to the rehab hallway in skilled nursing and also received excellent care! She was not there long, but was happy with the time she was there. Everyone was very caring, honest and worked very hard to make sure my mom received the best care. And for that I will always be grateful. <3

They staff at Normandie Ridge have been fabulous with our transition from our home of 55 years to a cottage at Normandie Ridge. Although we have not taken possession of our cottage yet we are anticipating a smooth move and are anxious to get settled.

I have lived here for almost a year . I'm very happy with my cottage . I have been blessed with good neighbors and all the staff is very friendly and helpful. I like it because its not so big . My best girl friend lives in the Asbury place in Maryland it is so big like living in a big city . I can't thank you all enough for the BBQ and holiday parts . And how nice it looks when you put up the flags and all the light at Christmas . I like going over to Nursing and helping out . The people are so sweet I just love them .My husband got to come here with me for about 5 weeks . I miss him. But am so glad he got to see it . Keep up the good work. Thanks everyone.

Having moved from an old farmhouse to Normandie Ridge, I have no electric, gas, maintenance bills. Our needs are met usually the same day for air conditioning or other problems by cheerful staff. The gym, pool, activities, trips to grocery stores, doctors, couldn't be better. Security 24 hours a day, beautiful walking trails and friendly staff and residents make this a perfect home.

Having lived here while my mother went through all three levels of care - resident, personal and skilled nursing - and saw the genuine, kind care the staff provided her, I am grateful that this is my home. From the executive director to the housekeeping staff, these people care about us, the residents. My husband just died at the end of 2023 and the support I have received from residents and staff alike has been humbling. I am fortunate to have family in the area but Normandie Ridge is my family, too. I am thankful to live here.

Grandmother was here for a while and out of all the homes she has been to, this was the best! Service, attentive nursing, and she loved the food. They were able to get her in after her fall and they helped get her back to normal. Thank you!!!

My Grandma and Grandpa are both residents of the nursing center and have lived there for two years. It was a hard life changing decision for them to make,but this place made the transition as easy as possible and welcomed them with open arms and provide them a great functioning facility to call home. Clean,good food, activities,road trips,nice outdoor courtyard, friendly caring staff. I could'nt ask for more . Thank you to all staff and the care they give.

I have not personally lived at this campus, but my mother, aunt and uncle have resided here. Could not ask for a better place for my older relatives. Great care, great people who are very helpful. They go out of their way to make living at Normandie Ridge a great experience. Memory Care is awesome. Would not look anywhere else for elder care and living accommodations. They are the best.

We have been very happy at Normandie Ridge. There are a lot of options to do things, very interesting and enjoyable entertainment. Food is very good in the cafe and the Congressional Dining Room. It is a relief not having all the worries and work we had with our home. Our cottage is very comfortable and plenty of room for the two of us.

This is a lovley senior living community in York, they have beautiful living options. The biggest value is that they provide great care in their personal care, memory care and skilled nursing area. The management team is compassionate and it us evident how deeply for their residents.

I'd like to first say caring for my 92-year-old mom was so rewarding. However , navigating the complexities of healthcare and insurance is not easy. Until I found Normandie Ridge! I cannot say how wonderful Lauren Dieter and the entire staff were at this facility and we have worked with many facilities during my mom (and dad's) advanced years. They were compassionate, empathetic, informative, helpful and I could go on and on. My mom was my world and they became her family while she was there. We live in Maryland and brought her there because of a recommendation and we are SO glad we did. Their encouragement and rehabilitation got her back home and awarded our family so many more great memories with her. In addition, the ongoing communication from them allowed us to sleep at night knowing she was in good hands. Many thanks to NR!!! I highly recommend them.

We have lived at Normandie Ridge for over a year, and we couldn't be happier about our decision to come here. Our apartment is beautiful, the community (our neighbors and the staff) is friendly and welcoming, the food and service in the dining room and cafe is very good. We enjoy the pool and activities and watching the grass being mowed and the snow being plowed and are grateful that we don't have to worry about it! New edit: It's been almost three and a half years since we moved in, and time has flown (as it should when you are having fun!) All I said earlier has a remained true, but we have also realized just how much we value the life we have here now. We know for sure that this is where we are supposed to be!
