I've been here for a little over 2 years in the dining department. My direct supervisor is incredible! The benefits are unmatched ANYWHERE. The pay is competitive, and the environment is fun. The worst thing that ever happens here is the occasional short staffing issue. Aside from that, I wouldn't change a thing.

I am an Episcopal priest (now retired), who over the years has frequently visited many, many residents at El Castillo, and EVERY ONE of them has told me how happy they were to have chosen to live there. I know from my experience visiting and the recommendation of ALL the people I visited there that El Castillo takes superb care of all its residents. The extraordinarily negative comment of one "Quintell Solomon" regarding Ms Langworthy flies in the face of all my experience there. I suspect that the person posting under this name may be a disgruntled former employee. Anyway, I couldn't recommend El Castillo more highly.
