This is the worst facility ever. They left my friends wound uncovered blood was on the bedspread, sheets, her gown and running to the floor. The flor had not been mopped, the dirt had raised up on the floor. All her clothes were in chairs and where ever the could throw them. It was afternoon and she had never gotten cleaned up. The latest drama was yesterday when they let her lay til her blood sugar dropped to 35. She had no clothes on and they let people continue to walk by her door and didnt care. Right now My girlfriend is in Ahuja on a ventilator with a severe infection because of their neglect.

Solon Pointe is a nice facility. The staff is friendly. My family members are well taken care of. They never complain about anything. It always looks clean and I never smell a bunch of urine etc while in halls. They have a sign in system that is easy to use and it doesn't take a long time to do it.
