Park Place is a wonderful place for your family member to be. The care of our loved ones is superb. There are daily activities for Independent living as well as Assisted living to keep them active and engaged. Planned outstandings and enjoyable afternoon and evening events to include families are held monthly. My mom has been living at Park Place for almost 16 years and loves everyone there. She appreciates everything they do for her and the care she receives. Jonda and all of her team, I can't thank you enough for all that every one has done for her. Tonights Italian family dinner was very enjoyable and well attended by families. Thank you for all you do. Sandi and Steve Martin

I was out on Main Street when I took shelter from the recent tornado. I ran into the facility (my mother in law lives at Park Place) and was delighted with how calm and organized the staff and residents were during the storm. They were all in the lowest level hallway. We could hear the roar of the tornado as it passed over us destructing building 100 yards away. Bravo to the staff for taking such wonderful care of her!

Park Place is AWESOME!! The community is like none other!! The residents seem very happy living there. The employee's of Park place are very caring, and treat everyone like family. If you are looking for a family oriented place to live for yourself, or loved one, I would suggest park place!!

I was the Sales Director at Park Place from 2012-2018. I have now returned to the same role and so happy to be back! There is no place that compares to Park Place...It offers so much more than care it is truly a family!

I was looking for a place for my mother to move into and the day I walked into Park Place, there was no doubt this was the right place. Many of the residents I spoke to had been there long term and were happy. Most of the staff had been there for years too. I walked thru the diningroom and they were having a meeting to work with the staff on responding to residents... they truly do care. All of the staff do a great job including maintenance, nurses, beautician, housekeeping and office staff. My mother came to Park Place March 1 onto independent living side and they were WONDERFUL to her and our family, due to a UTI, she was hospitalized then sent to rehab. Communication was wonderful trasitioning her back. Upon returning to PP, they took care of all our needs. She has now moved over to assisted living with hospice and they have helped each and every step of the way! Physically and just as important, emotionally. I HIGHLY recommend this facilty to anyone looking for long term housing or care for themselves or loved ones!!

I have had 3 clients move into Park Place while I was selling their houses. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The apartments are large and the food is good. There are living rooms that they can use when visitors come in. I highly recommend Park Place.

My mom moved to Park Place about six months ago and enjoys all that Park Place has to offer. She has an abundance of daily and weekly activities to choose from including outings to surrounding area shopping centers, onsite musical presentations, and exercise classes. She enjoys attending the weekly Sunday church service held in the onsite chapel. Her apartment has a full-size refrigerator and two good sized closets. Park Place's lobby is tastefully decorated and well lit with a front desk staffed by friendly faces. Management Is always willing to listen and works to resolve any concerns residents or their families may have. The staff is kind, caring and compassionate. We are so glad to have found Park Place.

Park Place is truly a place you can call home. I have been the Activity Director for more than 6 years and I love seeing how much the residents enjoy their musical entertainments, being able to be creative through their craft making, playing bingo to win prizes, going on the bus to shop and going on field trips and even coming to exercise 3 times a week. If there is a reason to have a party, WE HAVE A PARTY!! We celebrate all birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, and even events like Mardi Gras and Kentucky Derby! Many of our residents favorites include the car show, evening dances, Hawaiian Luau, Spooky Ghost Stories, and Cowboy Carnival. I have heard so many residents tell me that they are so glad they live here and I say--"we love having you here!" Would I recommend Park Place to anyone?... "ABSOLUTELY!!!"

Everything about the building is meticulous. It's so obvious that the staff cares about the residents. Honestly, I've never seen a happier group of seniors as the day I toured Park Place Senior living. The location is very convenient, and centered right in the heart of Hendersonville, TN. We moved my father into Park Place end of January 2019. It's never easy moving a loved one from home, but Park Place's staff were all so very helpful every step of the way!! Park Place honestly is a home away from home!! I love how family oriented this place is!! The residents care about the other residents, and the caregivers are wonderful!! The food is excellent too!!! I can't say enough good things about this place!!!

We have received excellent service for the past few years for my parents. The staff goes above and beyond to help their residents. They were especially helpful during my mothers passing and helping my father with his grief. The facility is very clean, the food excellent and the staff is wonderful. We love that my father is able to keep his dog with him. We would highly recommend this facility.

My in-laws are now residents at Park Place. Their move was a bit complex - lots of doctors, and details to wrap up from out of state. The staff and team made it such a smooth process. They love their apartment, really enjoy the meals and are now starting to get involved in some activities. The staff has been very friendly and helpful to my wife and I as well.

I am a Hendersonville resident of 50 years and proud Park Place Retirement resident of a year and a half. At first, I would not have said that. I have always known about Park Place but, I did not want to move out of my home at all in the beginning. However I got sick and had to go to the hospital and my girls did not want me to go back home alone. Plus I could not keep up with my garden or the upkeep of my home on my own anymore. So after 4 years of being a widow, I went to Park Place and picked out my apartment in independent living. When I first arrived, I was not very happy because I missed my home. But then I was able to adjust after a couple of months because everyone is so friendly here. The staff and residents welcomed me right in. The thing that was so amazing when I arrived was that I found myself not being the oldest person around anymore. So many of the residents who are now my friends are living healthy and happy lives as they age here at Park Place and to me, that is a good sign for good care! I remember thinking in the beginning that I was going to be so bored and alone in my apartment all of the time. But that is not the truth at all! There are so many activities and things to do with my friends here that fill my time everyday. I even have my very own garden bed here that I enjoy growing peppers, tomatoes, radishes, lettuce and more! Also growing spices including basil, dill, and cilantro. I just love the Courtyard Garden so much! Such a beautiful space with birds and sitting areas for all to enjoy! Another great thing about living here is that I have a choice at meal time. I don't always make the best choice and like what I have chosen, but I learn and pick something different next time. So overall, dining is a good experience with good healthy options. My apartment is the perfect setup for me and always kept clean by my housekeepers. They do a good job for the most part! And Chip, the maintenance guy of 22 years is the best around! When you need him, he comes right away and is helpful to all! Always goes above and beyond whether it is a big job or little job. They are willing to help! He and his team do a great job maintaining the inside and outside of our building as well, keeping Park Place a very nice place to call home! Overall the community is a great home with somebody to laugh with, and always someone to hang out with. Every person in this community is approachable and friendly. I would recommend to any person or family looking for a retirement home that Park Place is the BEST in town! There is just a feeling you get and sense of community here that can't be described. It's just something you know and love when you are a part of it! I remember the first time I had been away at a family gathering and I looked at my daughter and said, "I'm ready to go home." She said, "Do you know what you just said?" And I responded "Yes, I called Park Place my home!" And then I realized I had so naturally said "Home" and what a milestone that was for me!

My Dad lives at Park Place Retirement Community and I am so glad we found this place! Park Place is the nicest Assisted/ Independent Living facility I have ever seen! The apartments are huge compared to anywhere I've ever checked out, even in other states where they cost about $1,000 more!. Its extremely clean and everyone that works there is very nice and very knowledgeable. Their prices are very low also. My Dad loves the food there also. Everyone that I know that lives there is very happy.

I love Park Place Retirement Community! It is a great facility with all staff members giving great attention to detail. You will notice that the facility is spotless and continually updated with interior decorations and construction updates. The Best Thing is that the staff is so friendly and accommodating to residents and visitors alike! Lastly I love Amy Raines, Leslie Sinks and Melissa Crockett for all that they do to make Park Place a Five Star Community!!

I've worked at this family/community for 8 years as the administrative assistant and day receptionist. We have a friendly, comfortable community with an incredible tenured staff and volunteers. We have 34 years of experience in the Hendersonville area and always been family owned; your family becomes our family. We love our residents and family members. I always refer to our residents, family members, and staff as the Park Place family-because we are a great extension of family. Your loved ones will be loved and cared for as family. As a testimony to this, we've had staff family members work here as well. Our staff strive to meet the very best in amenities, services, great activities, shopping, trips, and so much more We love to share our activities with everyone in the community and provide complimenatry lunch tours.
