My personal experience with this facility has been a wonderful and learning experience. Some of the employees have taught me what having true patience is all about. One of the most important things that I believe should be improved there is there menu. They already have 1 amazing and talented cook there, let her have more creativity in that area and things would improve in a positive direction. Second, to have more activities for certain residents. Their time there would be more enjoyable. I surely hope that these changes will be considered in the future for their residents.

I have been a resident at North Lake for the past 5 years. It is by far the BEST assisted living facility I have ever lived at. Knowing that every place has its positives and negatives. I am persuaded by the following examples: When I and my friend first moved in a staff member George unpacked our belongings so that we could adjust to our new facility more easily. Our air conditioner stopped working at 11am by 2:30 a staff member Leo installed a new ac. The staff will gladly help me if it is a reasonable request. My prior facility took 2 weeks to install a new ac. At every meal we are served at our tables coffee, or tea, and milk. At my prior facility the residents had to line up for our meals and medications. If you don't like the meal served you have the option of turkey and cheese or bologna and cheese.

Clean, well kept, adequately staffed. Housing up to 60 residents from the age of 40 to 89 years of age with an array of disorders that are either Psychiatric or Medical. The owner "Guy", and his wife are regularly seen at mealtimes assisting staff with their duties and are approachable and friendly. Faced with the daunting task if providing quality services with dwindling funds they do a awesome job in retrospect. The clients as well as the staff are all well adjusted and friendly making you feel like you are in their home. I'd give this place 5 stars if it wasn't for the usual communicable disorders one finds in public areas. (Such as MRSA, lice, scabies and staphylococcus aureus). They manage to deal with the issues efficiently.

We taught our CPR class here and the staff were very engaging. It's nice to know that they care that much for patient safety. The administration is very attentive as well, and responsive to emails. Our experince as a vendor has been nothing short of pleasant.

The staff are very kind, caring, & attentive to all your needs. I would definitely recommend to anyone I know. Out of all the places I have visited, North Lake is the best place for any family members.

My grandmother was at North Lake for about two years, we were more than happy with the care and love she received while there. We were there very weekend visiting and my mom would even bring the staff food on the weekends. I have nothing but great things to say about North Lake. We are beyond thankful for the staff and owners.
