I went by Hill Villa today to visit one of my hospice clients. I was filling in for the original aide that comes. Well, a little lady by the name of Bri took the time out to help me locate that client. I was unfamiliar with the town let alone the building and she didn't mind helping me locate the client. She took the time out of her busy schedule to help me and I really appreciate her hospitality and kindness. Thanks again Bri!!! Great customer servic

I went in this facility earlier today an met the Activity Director Tonya Smith. She greeted me with a warning smile. She was so polite an there is no place I would have my mother be than here at this facility. If you are looking for a home for your loved one don't look any further this is it.

Before coming to work for Hill Villa as a Care Attendant in late 2021, I had a cousin and uncle move into to Hill Villa in October of 2021 and I was already so impressed with the staff, Employees and Hill Villa as a whole that I knew this was the right choice and best place for my family to be !!

While no place is perfect, this was the perfect place for my mother. She was very happy during her almost 5 years at Hill Villa. Mom recently passed, and when I went to pick up my things from her apartment, two workers whom I had never met, came to the door to give me condolences and hugs. All of the staff is friendly and caring. I will miss my visits to Hill Villa.

The office staff is very friendly, but the dining staff has some issues they need to resolve. I know a few residents that have asked for different stuff in the dining room but are always told they don't have it...or could it be just laziness ?? Again... someone had ask for Vanilla Ice Cream...resident was told they only had Choc Ice Cream opened and had to use all the Choc first...makes no sense to me... for they pay to live there... Give Them What They Want !!!

My wife and I (76 yrs old each) have lived at Hill Villa for 25 months and enjoyed it very much. Our expectations (from the printed materials and perisonal tours) have been very well fulfilled in every regard. We congratulate the Owners, Management, Senior Building Director; and each Department Director for their fine, professional-yet, personal attention to the exhaustive, never ending details they continuously have provided us for over two years.
