Care has gone downhill. They need to stop worrying about fancy new buildings and pay the staff better so employees want to stay. They seem constantly short staffed.

I am a part time receptionist here. Fountain View is a part of Friendship Village Sunset Hills. Employees and residents really care about one another. We are more like family. There are fun activities and trips for the residents. Its a wonderful place to live or work at and make friends for life. Everyone is treated with respect and we try to be there for each other. I love working here.
